We had a great stay at the apartment. It is tastefully furnished & everything you need for a few days is available, even tabs for dishwasher & washing machine. The bed is very comfortable & it is pleasantly quiet. We would come back here again immediately!

We had a great stay. As soon as the door opens, it's a picture. New and beautifully decorated and everything is present. The biggest advantage is the patio, which also looks cozy and where you can start the day with a cup of coffee in the sun. Within 10 minutes walk, 2 Mercadonas and with 15 minutes in Ruzaffa and the city of art and science with associated park and about 30 minutes old city. In short, a good base to discover Valencia. Would love to return here for a future stay and the host is correct, friendly and quick to respond.

Ana's place is highly recommended for its location, its spaces, comfort, the apartment's condition in general and above all for Ana's kindness and willingness to make the stay as easy and pleasant as possible, 100% recommended.

We stayed 7 days and had a great time. The apartment is small but functional, with a compact bathroom and a refrigerator suitable for shopping for a few days. The ceiling fan in the sleeping area was very useful. The location is decentralized, but well connected: with a bike (€20 for 3 days) you can reach the City of Arts (5 min), the center (15 min) and also the Malvarrosa in a few minutes. The metro line 10 stop is very convenient, right next to the house. No noise problems, contrary to what I read elsewhere. The laundry room is shared, so we suggest you agree with the other guests. The host has always been present, available and quick to provide support. We will gladly return and will definitely consider this structure!

The place is really great. The level of detail of the hosts was very good. They left little notes, something for breakfast, water, and many other gestures that really meant a lot. We came from other accommodations where you didn't feel loved. Here we felt very comfortable and it had everything we needed and the quality of the accommodation was incredible. Very clean accommodation and as described. Far from the center but accessible by transport, easy to access. One negative point: there is no curtain on the door so that the accommodation can be completely dark.

I’ve stayed at the accommodation for 3 weeks and I absolutely loved it. The flat location is ideal for anyone who works remotely, but likes to stay local to both the city centre and the beach and enjoy what the city has to offer (30min walk to each). Area is very well connected and the flat is 2min away from Túria Park. The flat itself is amazing, looks just like on the pictures, was very clean and bright. The host was quick to respond and communicate in case I needed something but overall, had no issues at all. Would totally recommend to anyone visiting Valencia!

This was our 3rd time in Valencia in two years and Antoniette’s place was simply the best - great location to all our favorite restaurants, coffee shops, attractions and central market (our daily visit). The apartment was fully stocked and had all the amenities to stay comfortable for a longer stay. We stayed for a week and to make Valencia work for my schedule…I worked the entire week from the apartment. The best part of the apartment was Antoniette herself, who was friendly and constantly reaching out to ensure we were comfortable and didn’t need anything. One evening, I had a minor issue, and she was getting ready to come over to the apartment and take care. Fortunately, the issue resolved itself and goes to show how great and caring of a host she is. I can’t wait to stay at her place again…best option for young couples.

Perfect stay in a perfect location!

We had a lovely stay at Alexandra and Javi’s. They were so helpful from the start, with loads of recommendations of restaurants and things to do in Valencia. The apartment was great, it had everything we needed and was a very comfortable place to stay with a great view of the city. We would highly recommend their place! We are really enjoying our stay at Raül’s place. It has a wonderful atmosphere and is very comfortable. The location is also perfect—close to everything we need, yet away from the noisy tourist center. We highly recommend it!

Sergio was a great host, really friendly and easy to communicate with. The apartment was as described – clean, comfy, and in a brilliant spot. Loads of nice cafes and restaurants nearby, and it was lovely being so close to green spaces too. The kids really enjoyed cooling off in the pool after a long day of being out in the sun. It would be handy if there were a few seats around the pool for anyone not getting in, but as it’s a shared space, that’s not something Sergio can control. Thanks so much, Sergio, we had a lovely time. Muchas gracias, Sergio, lo pasamos genial.

The apartment was easy to find, thanks to the helpful information and Roberto personally welcomed us. The apartment is very tastefully furnished, offer enough space and was very clean. The metro is right around the corner so we could go right into the center. We were also able to park our car well in the streets of the neighborhood. We had a lovely stay at the apartment. Thanks Roberto for everything - we will be happy to come back.

Fantastic stay. Perfect apartment for us, exactly as described. Communication was perfect throughout, incredibly friendly. Check in was flexible and easy. Great location, only 1 metro stop into the city centre. Balcony was fabulous, very private. Highly recommend

A fantastic apartment for a city stay. Great terrace with sensational views, the accommodation is clean and well equipped. Central and yet very quiet location. Ana is a wonderful host: very friendly, always available and helpful. 100 percent recommendation, we would definitely come back.

Oscar is a fantastic host — helpful, kind, and incredibly responsive. The apartment is beautiful, spotless, and well-equipped with everything you might need. The location couldn’t be better: just one block from the Ruzafa Market, with amazing access to fresh produce, great restaurants, coffee shops, vintage stores, and more — all within a 5 to 15-minute walk. I would definitely stay here again!

Justo's apartment was love at first sight and did not disappoint. In addition to all the amenities it offers, it has a piano in the living room, which for any fan (as is the case with our family) was a plus. Justo is very open and kind with his space, he shares his home and his belongings as if his guests were family. He leaves you his music, his books, his drinks with total confidence. He welcomed us with an appetizer upon arrival and was in touch prior to each moment. The apartment has air conditioning in each room, full bathrooms in each room. Washing machine, dishwasher. He leaves you beach items, space in his cupboards. It has filtered water in the tap, which seems like a gimmick but greatly helps with daily logistics. It is within walking distance of the City of Sciences and Gulliver Park. In short, I definitely recommend it and would return (it is true that there is an odor issue when operating the main bathroom, but I fear that it is a generalized issue in Valencia and not specific to the apartment)

We loved our stay! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to relax and enjoy Valencia!

Everything was nice, we just didnt like the strong parfume smell from those sticks, which we placed outside during our stay. It was clean, they welcomed us with wine and beer in the fridge which is a nice touch, thanks. Good thing is that they provided a beach chair and an sunshade which we used at a beach. Host is nice and responsive, location is great, and we would book again!

We had a pleasant stay at Adrian's apartment. Everything looked like in the pictures - the flat is pretty spacious with comfortable and stylish furniture. The neighborhood is really calm, which is a big plus, and is very near to the city centre and all the places you would like to visit are just several minutes walk. We had a great communication with Adrian and he was very helpful with everything that we needed. We really enjoyed our stay and I would definitely book this place again if I would go to Valencia in the future. All in all we had a very nice experience!
