es perfecto el departamento!!!! muy cómodo, limpio, olor perfecto, ducha rica no entendí que se entraba por la calle directo, creo que falta esa indicación . después entendí que era ( bajo) volvería feliz muchas gracias

Absolutely amazing apartment — even more stunning than in the photos! Everything was spotless, super modern, and incredibly comfortable. Communication was fast, friendly, and very professional. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly, highly recommend!

We hebben een geweldig verblijf gehad. Zodra de deur open gaat is het een plaatje. Nieuw en mooi ingericht en alles is aanwezig. De grootste pre is wel de patio die er ook sfeervol uitziet en waar je heerlijk de dag kan starten met kop koffie in het zonnetje. Binnen 10 min lopen 2 Mercadona’s en met 15 min in ruzaffa en de stad van de kunst en wetenschap met bijbehorend park en ca 30min oude stad. Kortom goede uitvalsbasis om valencia te ontdekken. Zou hier heel graag terugkeren bij een volgend verblijf en de host is correct, vriendelijk en snel met reageren.

El espacio de Ana es ampliamente recomendable por su ubicación, sus espacios, comodidad, estado del departamento en general y sobre todo por la amabilidad y disposición por parte de Ana para hacer la estancia lo más fácil y agradable posible, 100% recomendable.

Abbiamo soggiornato 7 giorni e ci siamo trovati molto bene. L’appartamento è piccolo ma funzionale, con un bagno compatto e un frigorifero adatto a una spesa per qualche giorno. Il ventilatore a soffitto nella zona notte è stato molto utile. La posizione è decentrata, ma ben collegata: con una bici (20€ per 3 giorni) si raggiungono in pochi minuti la Città delle Arti (5 min), il centro (15 min) e anche la Malvarrosa. La fermata della metro linea 10 è comodissima, proprio accanto alla casa. Nessun problema di rumori, al contrario di quanto letto altrove. La lavanderia è condivisa, quindi suggeriamo di accordarsi con gli altri ospiti. L’host è sempre stato presente, disponibile e rapido nel fornire supporto. Torneremo volentieri e terremo sicuramente in considerazione questa struttura!

El alojamiento es realmente excelente. El nivel de detalles de los anfitriones fue muy bueno. Dejaron cartitas, algo para desayunar, agua y muchos otros gestos que realmente valieron la pena. Veníamos de otros alojamientos donde no te sentías querido. Aquí nos sentimos muy a gusto y contaba con todo lo necesario y la calidad del alojamiento fue increíble. Volveríamos sin dudas. Logement très propre et conforme à la description. Loin du centre mais accessible en transport, facile d’accès. Un seul point négatif : il manque un rideau sur la porte pour que le logement puisse être entièrement dans le noir.

I’ve stayed at the accommodation for 3 weeks and I absolutely loved it. The flat location is ideal for anyone who works remotely, but likes to stay local to both the city centre and the beach and enjoy what the city has to offer (30min walk to each). Area is very well connected and the flat is 2min away from Túria Park. The flat itself is amazing, looks just like on the pictures, was very clean and bright. The host was quick to respond and communicate in case I needed something but overall, had no issues at all. Would totally recommend to anyone visiting Valencia!

This was our 3rd time in Valencia in two years and Antoniette’s place was simply the best - great location to all our favorite restaurants, coffee shops, attractions and central market (our daily visit). The apartment was fully stocked and had all the amenities to stay comfortable for a longer stay. We stayed for a week and to make Valencia work for my schedule…I worked the entire week from the apartment. The best part of the apartment was Antoniette herself, who was friendly and constantly reaching out to ensure we were comfortable and didn’t need anything. One evening, I had a minor issue, and she was getting ready to come over to the apartment and take care. Fortunately, the issue resolved itself and goes to show how great and caring of a host she is. I can’t wait to stay at her place again…best option for young couples.

The apartment is beautiful and surprisingly spacious—much larger than it appears in the photos. The location couldn’t be better, with everything within easy reach. Arantxa is an exceptional host: super flexible, quick to respond, and genuinely helpful. Highly recommended.

De lo mejor! Por mucho uno de los mejores lugares que hemos visitado. Gran ubicacion, centrica pero tranquila. Super limpio y comodo. Carles es un grande.

We’re so happy we chose this unit, it checked all the boxes! Clean, well-stocked, walkable location, free parking, and the hosts were truly the cherry on top. We especially appreciated the welcome kit (loved the coffee 😝). Thank you for having us! We’re already looking forward to staying here again. No negative notes at all.

We are really enjoying our stay at Raül’s place. It has a wonderful atmosphere and is very comfortable. The location is also perfect—close to everything we need, yet away from the noisy tourist center. We highly recommend it!

Sergio was a great host, really friendly and easy to communicate with. The apartment was as described – clean, comfy, and in a brilliant spot. Loads of nice cafes and restaurants nearby, and it was lovely being so close to green spaces too. The kids really enjoyed cooling off in the pool after a long day of being out in the sun. It would be handy if there were a few seats around the pool for anyone not getting in, but as it’s a shared space, that’s not something Sergio can control. Thanks so much, Sergio, we had a lovely time. Muchas gracias, Sergio, lo pasamos genial.

Die Wohnung war leicht zu finden, dank der hilfreichen Informationen und Roberto hat uns persönlich empfangen. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, bieten genug Platz und war sehr sauber. Die Metro ist gleich um die Ecke, so dass wir direkt in das Zentrum fahren konnten. Auch konnten wir unser Auto in den Straßen des Viertels gut parken. Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung. Danke Roberto für alles - wir kommen gerne wieder.

Bezauberndes kleines Apartment im siebten Stock mit großem über-die-Stadt-Blick-Balkon. Sehr gut ausgestattet - alles da! Liebevoll eigerichtet und der wenige Platz ist gut genutzt. Zu Fuß nur 10 Minuten in die Altstadt. Vermieter haben sehr schnell auf Anfragen reagiert und waren freundlich. Haben uns auch gute Tipps gegeben. Wir waren im Juni 2025 da und es war heiß in Valencia/Spanien. Es gibt eine Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer - ansonsten noch einenVentilator. Und die große Doppeltür zum Balkon (haben wir am Abend und in der Nacht offen gelassen). Das hat es erträglich gemacht. Für ein oder zwei Personen, die in die Stadt wollen, ideal. Wir haben auch das Parkhaus mit Ausgang genau Gegenüber der Eingangstür genutzt. Das war natürlich super Praktisch. Auch ein Tipp der VermieterInnen.

Oscar is a fantastic host — helpful, kind, and incredibly responsive. The apartment is beautiful, spotless, and well-equipped with everything you might need. The location couldn’t be better: just one block from the Ruzafa Market, with amazing access to fresh produce, great restaurants, coffee shops, vintage stores, and more — all within a 5 to 15-minute walk. I would definitely stay here again!

El departamenro de Justo fue amor a primera vista y no defraudo. Ademas de todas las comodidades q ofrece tiene un piano en la sala que para cualquier aficionado (como es el caso de nuestra familia) fue un plus. Justo es muy abierto y bondadoso con su espacio, comparte su hogar y sus bienes como si sus huespedes fueran familia. Te deja su musica, sus libros, sus bebidas con total confianza. Nos recibio con un aperitivo al llegar y estuvo en contacto previo a cada momento. El departamento tiene aire acondicionado en cada ambiente, ban̈os completo en cada habitacion. Lavadora, lavavajilla. Te deja elementos de playa, espacio en sus placares. Tiene agua filtrada en el grifo q parece una pavada pero resuelve enormemente la logística diaria. Se encuentra a distancia a pie de la Ciudad de la Ciencias y el Parque Gulliver. En fin, sin duda lo recomiendo y volveria (es cierto q tiene un tema de olor al accionar el ban̈o principal pero me temo que q un tema generalizado de Valencia y no propio)

Everything was nice, we just didnt like the strong parfume smell from those sticks, which we placed outside during our stay. It was clean, they welcomed us with wine and beer in the fridge which is a nice touch, thanks. Good thing is that they provided a beach chair and an sunshade which we used at a beach. Host is nice and responsive, location is great, and we would book again!

We had a pleasant stay at Adrian's apartment. Everything looked like in the pictures - the flat is pretty spacious with comfortable and stylish furniture. The neighborhood is really calm, which is a big plus, and is very near to the city centre and all the places you would like to visit are just several minutes walk. We had a great communication with Adrian and he was very helpful with everything that we needed. We really enjoyed our stay and I would definitely book this place again if I would go to Valencia in the future. All in all we had a very nice experience!

Mijn vriendinnen en ik hebben hier super fijn mogen verblijven. Het was groot, het is ruim, modern en heel schoon. Met de uber was alles makkelijk te bereiken. Het is een super mooie Airbnb :)
