Monthly Rentals in La Punta

My stay at this place was perfect. The place met all my expectations: it was impeccable, well located and as shown in the photos. Paulina was very attentive and promptly answered all my questions. Would definitely recommend and stay here again in the future. Thank you for everything!

A very good place to rest

Very clean and comfortable place, had everything we needed for our one night stay. The apartment was great, every room had a fan, however an AC unit would've made the place ideal. The area is in a private gated community, with lots of security, which made us feel safe. The only downside to that is getting stuff delivered was a bit of a hassle, we ordered late night dinner and they wouldnt let the driver in, so we had to walk to the main entrance for it. Not the hosts fault, the place as a whole just has many restrictions/rules. Overall, this place was sufficient for our stay, and considering the price and location, I would stay here again.

Brenda at all times was in touch with us, relatively close to the airport, just a little noise with the neighbors who apparently had a party but didn't take long to be quiet, otherwise everything was excellent!!
