Wonderful stay! My husband and I loved this property. Only one block away from some really amazing restaurants and only a couple minutes away from the beach! Bill was a great host and very responsive.

Absolutely incredible stay! This place exceeded all our expectations. The location was perfect—peaceful and quiet, yet just a quick 3–5 minute Uber ride from all the best restaurants, beaches, and nightlife. The rooms were spacious and beautifully designed, with breathtaking views that matched (and even surpassed) the photos. Everything felt clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully maintained. Mirianne was an outstanding host—super responsive and helpful, which made our entire stay seamless and stress-free. It was our first time visiting Puerto Vallarta, and thanks to this amazing experience, it certainly won’t be our last. Easily a 10/10!

Amazing place to stay. Everything was as listed, house was perfect for what we needed and loved the pool. I’d say it was walkable, restaurants and shopping within 15-20 minute walk, uber was very responsive for the times we didn’t feel like walking. Jeffry was very responsive and addresses issues quickly. Only thing I’d suggest is on check out day that cleaning and maintenance staff not start till check out time.

My little family, myself my partner and our one year old daughter, stayed at Homero's house in San Pancho for a week for our shared birthday (mine and my daughter's). We had a great time! Homero was communicative and available, while still allowing privacy. He had great recommendations for local chefs, photographers, restaurants etc. The house was beautiful and clean. He even had a high chair we used for our daughter and beach chairs/umbrella as well as pool toys. The whole house was beautiful and felt luxurious. The air conditioning and pool were also amazing. The pool was surprisingly the highlight of our trip. It was a welcome relief to the heat, very clean and with a built in bench at just the right height for our new walker with a deeper section for the adults. We enjoyed daily family swimming and dancing parties that I will remember forever. I highly recommend San Pancho and this house for your next family vacation, especially with little ones. We will be back!

I loved everything about this stay! It was a last minute booking and I am grateful that it was available. It was very clean, comfortable, and spacious. I especially like the bathroom with the open to outdoors shower, the private upper level with the most comfortable hammock and the relaxing salt water pool. I am excited to stay here again in September when I return to visit my daughter. Muchas Gracias Diana!

My group of 7 friends stayed at Villa Loma for 7 nights. Everything from arrival to departure was seamless. If you are looking for a place to stay in Puerto Vallarta and Ana’s Villa is available, book it! The Villa is located on a hillside in Concha Chinas, looking out onto Banderas Bay. The view from the rooftop deck is unparalleled. I would highly recommend taking Ana up on all of her recommendations. Chef JC was fantastic! We ate most of our meals at the house prepared by JC. The meals prepared by JC were considerably better than any meal we had in town. Ana also helped with suggestions for airport transfer, booking massages at the house(HIGHLY RECOMMEND!), and booking the beach club. Keep in mind that the house is located on a steep cobblestone hill and has quite a few stairs. If you have mobility issues you might have some trouble getting around. Ubers and taxis are pretty easy to find but you will need to walk down the hill to meet them. Thank you, Ana! We can’t wait to return!

We just left a week long stay at Casa Magia. This trip was everything we expected and more. The atmosphere is so relaxing. Close to town but far enough away to not be in the hustle and sounds of it. We could hear a roster crowing at different times but luckily it was far enough away to not annoy us. The wide open feel of the upper floor left us feeling like the world is just one big open place for a week. Miguel was very helpful on check in and with whatever inquiries we had. The drive up to the casa is a steep hill and golf carts are a must. A little expensive but definitely worth it. I could not imagine walking up the hill twice a day. I made ice everyday but buying one bag before you go would be a great effort saver. The beds felt very comfortable and everything was very clean. There were my husband and myself and our three kids in their twenties and everyone loved the spaciousness and luxury the home presented to us. I'd go back again.

We had an amazing stay at Carlene’s beautiful oceanfront property. The house had everything (and more) that we needed, the beds and linens were comfortable, and the location was picture perfect. Thank you to Carlene and her team for everything!

What a beautiful, ideal and peaceful location for a spectacular ocean front getaway! Mar's location is one of (if not best) ocean side views we have been witnessed to. The balcony itself had 180+ degree unobstructed views. Access to his private beach was ideal. Other beaches with great beach clubs and restaurants were only minutes away by beach walks. Mar's helpful recommendations and easy going style, made us feel right at home. There couldn't be a better location and host in this area you could ask for... Definitely a jewel in our vacation beach memories to enjoy for times to come...

Our family (daughters ages 19 & 21) loved Casa Achara! The convenience to beach and town was unmatched. After a busy morning/afternoon it was great to come back and lounge in the pool to plan our next move. We joined the band which played below us one night, and the other nights, while we heard the music from 9:30-11:30, it was nothing that a sound machine from my phone couldn’t drown out. Ebony’s recommendations were fantastic. A tequila tasting at the house with David at Taste of Sayulita was the perfect thing to kick off our stay. Captain Pato took us fishing/snorkeling one day. We caught a ton of fish and then made some ceviche for us to enjoy. We asked them to clean one fish for us and we cooked that at the house that evening, paired with pasta and we made fresh margaritas from leftover tequila. Ally Cat trip to Marietas Islands was is a MUST! Umbrellas/chairs at Don Pantaleon’s were $15 - service was great! Thai food cooked by Ebony’s husband Sam topped off a perfect stay!

We loved staying in this adorable studio. It was clean and decorated attractively, with all amenities we could need. It’s a block from the beach but inside a gated area, so it was private. Cynthia was a wonderful, sweet host who made us feel right at home. It was hard to leave!

The rooftop was awesome, very easy check in and close to town. Was a little loud with a dog barking and street noise but the vibe was great and I would book it again! Thanks Oscar!

Everything was as described . Everything very extra clean , the host very attentive and responsive. Theres stores and places to eat at walking distance. The beach is near also walking distance about 5 minutes or less. It's very safe to walk around the zone . we would definitely stay again. I highly recommend it.

Everything was perfect. The location is ideal, the apartment is cozy, the pool is beautiful with its 360° view. Louis and Sébastien are attentive and sound for you. I can only recommend this place.

We would not hesitate to come back to Pier 57. The place was modern and functional. Right in the middle of the best beach in Peurto Vallarta. The rooftop pool had amazing views and was one of the most unique spots I have ever been.

Our stay at Jerome’s Airbnb in Puerto Vallarta was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. Alfredo, the property manager, gave us a thorough walkthrough and was always available to help. The property was spotless, with a beautiful pool, well-equipped kitchen, and comfortable beds. We loved the Sonos sound system and multiple A/C units, and the peaceful location offered stunning views of the city and bay. We were treated to fireworks almost every night and even saw an air show! The location was great for walking down the hill to dinner, and we felt safe in the area. While we did walk up a few times, it was much easier to take an Uber ride back up. Overall, Jerome’s Airbnb was the perfect place for our stay in Puerto Vallarta — comfortable, convenient, and with amazing views. Highly recommend!

The host, William, was incredibly attentive, responding quickly to any needs with warmth and efficiency. Highly recommend this gem for a fantastic stay!

Loved this place. I prefer having more of a peaceful vacation along with authentic eating experience. This fit that amazingly. Yes the walking is a lot. The hill to get to the place is quite steep and I’m in good shape. It takes around 10 minutes to walk to the beach and another 10 to get to where most of the towns food is at. The beach club was wonderful and empty. The pool at the alamar was amazing and pretty much private. We came during the off season but enjoyed it fully. It was peaceful and the beach itself was clean and wonderful. Easy access to clean water at the facility too. Would highly recommend .

All the previous reviews are true, there’s not much more to be said than what has been previously described. It would be a challenge to find a better view at any place in PV than this. The wait staff is precious, professional, and the concierge is 10/10. The pool, the location, the view, just breathtaking! Already planning a trip back in the fall. You should do the same, you will NOT be disappointed, rather, astonished!

We were screwed out of a previous reservation and booked Armando’s place minutes before arriving. He was super responsive and flexible with us. Place was spacious, clean and right by the beach. Will book again!
