Our stay at this beachfront apartment was absolutely incredible! The apartment itself was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities we could ask for. The private rooftop was a highlight, perfect for BBQing and enjoying the stunning views of the beach. The location couldn't have been better, with easy access to the lively town and plenty of dinner options within walking distance. The beach was pristine, with fun boat tours available, and the sand was perfect for relaxing. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, ensuring that our stay was nothing short of fantastic. Overall, a truly lovely experience, and we hope to return again some day! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a Mexican beach getaway.

we really enjoyed the facilities as we were able to eat outside in the 8 person dining room and also the table you can put in the garden on the shores of the beach, it was super fantastic the house is fully equipped and the kitchen will surprise you need something and there you need something else and there it is!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Lovely stay in San Pancho! Hosts were friendly, helpful, and very responsive. Beautiful, peaceful property. Nice garden with lots of birds. We loved hanging out at the large pool and palapa overlooking the ocean. Appreciated being outside of the town in a quieter area but still walking distance via beach or road. We will be back.

Higuera Blanca is a gem of a town and this place was great. Large grounds, awesome pool, and a jacuzzi. We used all of it. Communication was great. We rented all three casitas for our family of 6 and it worked out great. The teenagers had some space of their own. It was clean, neat and had everything we needed. Great home base for all our exploring!

A little slice of rural Mexico and the jungle but only 15 minutes from the hubbub of Puerto Vallarta. If you want an experience away from the typical tourist hotels, but still accessible, this is it. Instead of being woken up by partying tourists, you’ll hear the roosters of the village. Teresa is a wonderful host and goes the extra mile to make things comfortable for you. It’s an absolute deal of a price as well. It’s a 20 minute walk to the famous La Huerta BBQ with live bands in the late afternoon and pickle ball during the day. There’s an ATV tour company close by, Dirty Monkey, if you want a tour into the jungle. The Rio Cuale runs through the town and is beautiful. This is a very authentic Mexican experience. We took a 10 peso ride on the bus into PV and often Uber’d home for last than $5 US. My only caveat would be, if you have mobility issues, this isn’t for you.

we were recuperating from a medical emergency and found this place to be perfect. Beautiful grotto feel to it. Outdoor area pristine. Our unit was large and private. Highway noise was hard to get used to but better at night. would stay here again. very nice woman in charge.

We stayed for 6 weeks and really enjoyed our stay. Monkey Mountain is right out the gates. The town is a non-tourist area. The people are super friendly! Lots of dogs. Some come out and bark at you but are friendly. There are local restaurants and we had no issue eating at them. The walk to Litibu Beach is about 20 minutes. It is a nice walk. We did have issues with ants, they came to help rectify the issue immediately. But we still had them, thats part of being out of a high tourist area. Anything lemon/pine/citronella helps deter them. The pool is lovely, and the grounds are beautiful. Other than roosters crowing and some barking dogs, the area is quiet! We recommend this place for those who arent interested in nightlife, but prefer the peace and tranquility. It is super easy to catch a bus to any other area such as Sayulita, Punta Mita, Bucerias and even Puerto Vallarta if you want to shop or see all the markets. Lots of local stores for groceries. I recommend this place.
