the location of the small house is perfect for making all types of excursions. It is small, but has everything needed. there is a lot of nice details, like the bedlinen, the fragrances and the kitchen utensils.

Our stay was a complete success! The location is very quiet and ideal for relaxing. The bed was extremely comfortable, so we could sleep wonderfully. The pool was a real highlight: large, refreshing and perfect for cooling off on warm days. The house itself is spacious and very well equipped (dishwasher, washing machine…) with a large plot around it. The walk into town is quite steep, but doable. In about 20 minutes you are in the center of the beautiful village of Le Lavandou, where there are many great restaurants. Particularly noteworthy is Christine, who was quickly reachable at any time and immediately took care of everything. Merci beaucoup!

Absolutely breathtaking! We had the most magical vacation and would come back in a heartbeat. The house is stunning, the pool perfect for a family and the beach nearby. We spent a great week with two families in Fabienne's great house. The house is wonderfully quiet, very tastefully decorated and almost even more beautiful than in the photos. There are many areas where you can sit and retreat and very nice large tables both indoors and outdoors where you can sit and eat very well for eight. There is a large gas grill that works very well and the entire kitchen is very well equipped. Communication with Fabienne was straightforward and very friendly. She gave us tips for the area and was always available. We will be happy to come back!

From the terrace of the apartment, you have a wonderful view of the sea. It is quietly located and offers everything you need. The images give a realistic picture. Communication with Bernard is totally uncomplicated and fast. The vacation was fantastic :)

We had a very pleasant stay in this apartment which is close to the beaches of Croix Valmer (10 min walk to Sylvabelle beach). It has a very quiet terrace and a magnificent view. It is fully equipped, with dishwasher, toaster, even citrus press. Great value for money.

One of the best places we have stayed at! Beautiful terrace, appartement & easy parking! And Edmond is the best host ever! We will be back soon, for sure!

Apartment compact yet spacious enough as it had storage in the bedroom & the spacious terrace with outdoor furniture increased the living space. Awesome view and locaction. Selection of great restaurants downstairs and walking distance to town. Long sandy beach 200m down road. Apartment is very generously equipped for cooking etc. Everything was very clean with a large comfortable bed. Thanks Jonathan for great communication.

Truly amazing stay at Olivier and Nicole's house in Sainte-Maxime. The view is incredible and the house is comfortable and beautiful. Nicole was very responsive and helpful with any questions, we felt very well looked after. Sainte-Maxime is a 10 mins drive so would recommend a rental car. It's also possible to book Ubers to get around. We'd love to return again in the future!

Neat apartment, wonderful swimming after a day of work

Mylene The small apartment is located in a large holiday complex, in a very nice neighborhood. The various units are very close together. Now in the mid-season it was very quiet. The apartment is cozy, clean and very well furnished. The view of the sea from the terrace is fantastic. Photo is exactly as described. You could already swim in the pool. We enjoyed it very much.

We had a very nice stay in a really nice apartment with a great view, very quiet location, Center and beaches but nearby. We were also helped directly when we had difficulties with an HDMI connection, good support.

Alex responds to the messages and requests very well. He made the process very easy. The place is exactly like the pictures, the view is even better in person! The only thing to note is the bathroom has a sliding door which doesn't close fully, might be best to be aware when staying with someone else :)

Great stay at this place in a great location. Arthur is a very responsive host who was able to provide us with clear instructions on the check-in and check-out process. The space was clean. Very nice view from the terrace. Underground parking is a real added value.

The place was great. We, our small family with 3-year-old daughter, enjoyed the stay very much and Damien's apartment was just right and wonderful for our setting.
