Holiday rentals with a fireplace in La Croix-Valmer

We loved our stay in Besse-sur-Issole. It was the perfect spot during our trip—peaceful, charming, and full of local character. The Airbnb was clean, comfortable, and in a great location for walking everywhere. One of the best parts? The croissant from the local boulangerie—hands down the best we’ve had so far in southern France. We really enjoyed walking into the village square each morning, grabbing coffee, and popping into the little shops and restaurants. Everyone was friendly, and the vibe was relaxed and authentic. A great stop if you’re looking to enjoy a quieter side of Provence. We took multiple day trips, super easy from this cozy retreat. The Gorge du Verdon is a must. We had fun visiting Canne, Antibes and Nice. Great day trips, best was coming back to Besse. Thank you Helene and Roxane. We loved Berg….❤️. Thank you!!

Fanny is a very attentive and caring host, communication was smooth and fast. She was very flexible and we thank her very much! The house is pretty, the pool is nice and the village of La Môle is very well located, close to many places to visit! :)

Let's make it brief: We felt very, very comfortable here! Beautifully located accommodation in great nature - lemon trees, various herbs and of course the many olive trees. There is a great pool, a big trampoline, a ping pong table and boules! At the chapel sun loungers, barbecue, a nice terrace to eat outside. And inside a high-quality furnished accommodation with a lot of charm in which all the details were really thought of! And although the weather unfortunately did not always do what we would have liked, we had - also thanks to Chrystelles excursion tips - all four fantastic Easter holidays!

We had a wonderful time as a family in the house. Plenty of space to cook and eat, sit together and play. The garden is also large enough to play badminton there. Everything is fenced so we didn't have to worry that our dog can run away. The bedroom windows have mosquito nets, which we really appreciated. The residential complex is quiet. You can hear the road a little, but that doesn't bother you. A larger supermarket is just opposite the main street, about 15 minutes walking you will find bakery, butcher, newsagent and a small savings market. More shops are available in the village. On Sundays, market day is many stalls and not as crowded as the one in Saint Tropez! You should drive to the beach by car, also because there is no real footpath along the road. The whole bay is beautiful for swimming and lounging. The contact with Olivier and also Mathieu was friendly and uncomplicated.

We spent 6 days in this amasing villa. All was great and as described in the offer. Didier and his wife are amasing hosts, very helpfull. I would recomend this place to everybody.

Maxime and Florian are super dedicated and also interested hosts! We felt very comfortable. The apartment is stylish and practically furnished, beautiful views and safe. The surrounding area has a lot to offer. We were often out and about with the e-bikes, which we were able to rent at the property. Two beaches are within walking distance... what more could you ask for? We will not forget the stay and especially Florian and Maxime :-) Thank you!

Helena's place was one of the best airbnbs we have stayed at! It was beautiful and very well stocked. Rooms were pristine including the bathrooms, and the location was fantastic. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting St. Tropez, especially with a large group!

We had a great weekend at Marina's place. The apartment could not be better located (pretty square in the center of the old town, small shops and stores nearby, magnificent view a stone's throw away in the heights as well as a very beautiful garden with floors also a few hundred meters away, excellent restaurants) or better arranged. Tastefully and simply decorated, this home makes you feel right at home. Instructions are available in a welcome booklet for using the devices without problems and indicating possible visits to make in the area. This allowed us to discover or at least make us want to discover more Hyères, its islands and its surroundings.

Very pleasant stay. Very well located apartment, with a superb view. Very good communication. We recommend.

We stayed in Bormes-les-Mimosas to attend the Corso Fleuri and had a great time. The apartment is in a great location, which allowed us to do anything on foot. We easily found a parking spot on the street. The bedding is impeccable, the house is functional and comfortable, it feels like home. The view of the village rooftops adds to the charm of the stay. Our host Françoise was lovely on the phone, reachable at all times and the instructions were very clear. I would recommned this property.

Le Lavandou is an amazing vacation spot! Cécile’s home was charming and the kitchen has everything you need. We stayed for one month and enjoyed everyday. The location is perfect and close to the beach with tons of great restaurants and markets. We enjoyed a walkable village with lots of friendly people. I would highly recommend this Airbnb. Barb

Great place for children, adults and grandparents that can be placed in a separate little house😉 The pool was heated and lovely to bathe even in the month of April. Great to have lunch under the olive tree and dinner at the long table with barbecue and views🙌 Definitely recommended.

Very nice accommodation. The garden is well furnished and everyone can find a small corner according to these desires (there were 7 of us), shade or sun, sunbeds, sofas or chairs.

Marie and Dominque's home was stunning!!! The home was private, spacious and impeccably designed for a larger travel party. We were travelling with adult children and found the home extremely comfortable and it met our every need. The house is conveniently located near the Bay of Agay which had delicious patisseries and markets - it was a lovely walk for our morning croissants. The kitchen was a gourmet's dream and the views from every room were breath-taking. We cannot wait to come back!!!

Incredible villa, equipped with everything you might need and more! We’ve never stayed in such a well equipped villa before. Lovely modern interiors and beautiful pool area with plenty of sun loungers for everyone in the group. Good location outside St Tropez town for some peace and quiet, but very close to all amenities and day activities. We will be back!

We had a great stay in the house which is very warm, organized in the form of a large family home. Yet, everyone finds their own intimacy there. The view is exceptional and the heated pool is very pleasant. Miha is very responsive and available when needed. We'll be happy to book again!

We were very warmly greeted and received by Sandrine and her husband. They were always available and helpful. The garden with its large palm trees is beautifully landscaped and offers beautiful places to linger. The old house is typically French furnished, is very cozy and also wonderfully cool in the heat. The kitchen offers a great refrigerator with ice cube function and a wonderful gas stove that leaves nothing to be desired. In addition to a coffee machine, all kinds of kitchen machines are available. We had a wonderful time in this house and will gladly book again.
