Very nice accommodation. Bedding, storage and bathroom very good. Christine and Alain are very friendly and welcoming hosts and always ready to satisfy you. We enjoyed our various interactions. You can go there without a second thought. For our part, we hope to have the opportunity to return for the 24 Hours of Le Mans in 2026.😄

Brilliant stay at Nicolas' place, we were down for the 24 Hours of Le Mans and what a place it was for us two! Comfortable, big, squeaky clean and all round perfect for us for 7 days! Nicolas is a fantastic host too, helpful, responsive, recommended us a few places in and around le mans and made sure we were comfy the whole time, would definitely recommend his place to everyone!

Accommodation as described and easy to access. close to the Le Mans circuit, which is a plus. i will come back without hesitation

Everything was perfect. Our host was very welcoming, the accommodation is beautifully decorated, the garden is a splendid green setting. And the icing on the cake, the bedding is extremely comfortable. Thank you Joel for this stay.
