A stunning three bedroom Highland lodge on The North Route 500, boasting spectacular views. Samphire lodge is situated on a hill giving it a vantage overlooking the sea Loch to the Attadale valley. Situated at the edge of the village, you are a short stroll from local amenities. Indoors you are greeted by the warm colour of the wood, and feels especially cosy when the cast iron fire is roaring. Samphire Lodge has three spacious bedrooms, a wet room, an outdoor sauna and fully equipped kitchen.

The Quaint Wee - House with sea and mountain views

Truly relax and unwind at this peaceful shoreside accommodation with an ever changing stunning view. Ideally located for gentle strolls from the house to the local beach and to explore this Scottish Site of Scientific Interest. Perfect for twitcher and wildlife enthusiasts, you may even catch a glimpse of an otter and seals! This is also an ideal launch site for your own kayak/canoe/SUP to just paddle around. From here you can also explore the rest of the island and mainland at your leisure.

Cabin

Spacious cabin with lovely views across the water to the hills Located in a quiet area. Close to all amenities,only 7 miles from the bridge Private space with parking. Breakfast supplies include,eggs,cheese,cereal,fruit,juice,bread,butter,marmalade,tea,locally roasted coffee,milk and oatcakes Please note,google maps is incorrect for the last 100 metres. At bottom of junction turn left (not right as directed) Then first right 30m after Ardcana sign Parking 15 metres down drive on left

En-suite cosy bothy 5 mins to Skye bridge

Please note that there are no cooking facilities but a microwave and toaster are provided. The pod is situated next to my house in a quiet cul de sac in the small village of Kyle. Ariel photos are displayed in the listing. Views can be seen from a short distance away. There are no immediate views from the bothy so please feel free to cancel your reservation if this is unsuitable rather than leave a negative review for location. Ideal for visiting Skye or the many attractions on the NC500

Camuslongart Cottage (road-end by the shore)

The cottage is a warm & comfortable haven at the end of the road, right on the shore. Stay in the best of the West Highlands, near the iconic Eilean Donan Castle, Dornie, Kintail, Plockton, Glenelg, Applecross & Isle of Skye. The landscape is wild and spectacular. This area is one of the most beautiful places in the world! Fantastic walks, wildlife, castles & brochs, seafood, bakery and a chocolatier! Otters & Herons can be spotted on the shore, and clear starry nights are memorable…

The Cabin With a View

A spacious cabin which is within walking distance to all local amenities (swimming pool, shops, restaurants & bars). It is approximately 10 mins walk to the nearest bus depot & local train station. Ideally situated for exploring the hills and mountains round about. The bridge to the Isle of Skye is only 1 mile away and the hills of Kintail are within easy reach at about 15 miles. The quaint, picturesque village of Plockton is close by and the historic Eilean Donan Castle 8 miles away.

Bothan dubh (Black Bothy) We are situated in Badicaul which is a 5 minute drive from the Skye bridge and a 10 minute drive in the other direction to the beautiful village of Plockton. Relax and unwind in our peaceful, self contained studio with en-suite bathroom. Enjoy amazing views from the studio looking over the sea to Skye. Lusa Bothy

Lusa Bothy is a luxury getaway location for couples on the Isle of Skye. It was the idea of the owner to renovate an old stone building into an amazing space with a feast for the senses in mind. High end, bespoke creations and craftsmanship completed by professional artisans using local materials and artwork, some of which are over 250 years old, make Lusa Bothy a quirky mix of the old, the new, and the upcycled, wrapped in traditional, Highland warmth.

A delightful place to stay and newly finished in May 2019 'The Wee House' can be found right next door to our own (slightly bigger) house, 'Heisgeir'. Tigh A'Mhuillin (The Mill House) is a lovely detached home close to picturesque coastal villages (5 miles from Shieldaig and 17 miles from Applecross), with shops and pubs. Fabulous hill walking and climbing in the Torridon mountains, mountain biking on tracks and quiet roads, fishing, and sea trips to explore this beautiful part of the Highlands. For the less energetic, just sit, relax and watch the ever-changing scenery.
