Monthly Rentals in Kotonihassamu River

I really, really like it. It is a secluded residential area, so it is quiet, and it is very suitable for locals to integrate into the daily life of the locals during their trip. It is not far from downtown Sapporo, and it is the best location for a stroll through Hokkaido University. There is also a large grocery store nearby, so it's really nice. If the schedule is right when checking in and out, they also pick you up, so it's more convenient.

Takeki’s place is perfect if you have a car and want to experience how locals from Sapporo live. The property itself looks like a dream inside, clean yet full of design touch. The location is central enough yet away from the crowded tourist areas. Lots of small business, groceries stores, and shops nearby that, again, made us feel like we live like locals here. I would 100% live here again next time.

Excellent location, close to the station. Room was perfectly clean. Amenities were well equipped.

Yoshie's home was a wonderful stay. The house was very clean and well-stocked with useful supplies and plenty of complimentary snacks! It's also very close to a grocery store, Laweson, and Yamato office for luggage forwarding. Yoshie was also very helpful, offering to drive us to a nearby station both at check-in and check-out and giving us advice on efficient trains.
