Holiday rentals with a home cinema in Kotayk Province

Aleksandr is a great host!

The host is responsive, friendly. The pocket wifi is 10 out of 10, the local SIM card was not needed, the apartment is quiet and cozy. Convenient location of the apartment(be sure to visit): Yerevan City supermarket - 5 minutes on foot, Khinkali by Tumanyan 3 minutes, stand-up club Ari 10 minutes, central square 14 minutes, Cascade - 15 minutes, delicious barbecue in lavash - 1 minute (neighboring house, in the basement). The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, no one disturbed sleep, curtains in the bedroom do not let in light and a good bed. If you only heard about Armenian hospitality, but did not know how it is in fact - I recommend starting with Tigran, thank you very much.

The place is clean, beautiful, and a great location. The host was very respectful and friendly, and the apartment was very clean and large I recommend it .

The stay was great, the apartment is nice, big, everything is new and clean, as in the photos. The view is gorgeous, with an incredible sunset. The host was very responsive. We needed a crib for our two-year-old child, and he provided it immediately, as well as more towels. The only problem was that not all rooms have curtains, so we had to improvise with towels. The apartment is on the top floor of the building, which is very cool if you keep the windows open. There is only one air conditioner in the living room that reaches the entire apartment. And after midnight there was no more water in the apartment, due to maintenance work nearby. The building is also newly built with construction material still around. But we had a great stay, and the host also offered us a place in the garage, which was great. I really recommend it.

Great place, 10 minutes away from the republic square on foot, so clean and host is nice and responsive.

Our group of 9 had a fantastic stay at Davit’s place! The house was exceptionally clean and comfortable, easily accommodating our large party. Davit was a wonderful host – very friendly, welcoming, and attentive to our needs. We loved using the clean sauna and large pool, and the grill was a great addition. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need, even for cooking for nine. Comfortable beds too! The house and yard is beautiful and clean. Highly recommended for larger groups looking for a great place with excellent amenities.

Gevorg was a great host for us as a family, and we’re truly grateful for his outstanding hospitality and attention to detail. He offered us a free breakfast (local style) and extended our checkout time a bit although he had a following guest. Gevorg looked for all the details at his outstanding home. From the beautifully designed house to its great location along the river and within a greenery area, every aspect of our stay was greatly managed. We’ll certainly keep this place in mind for future visits and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing place!

Mihran was really the perfect host. Everything from helping with transportation, ski rentals and even suggesting good restaurants and helping us reserve. They were always so helpful and attentive. The villa is very spacious and perfect for large families or groups, highly recommend this place!
