Our stay at Arshak’s place was fantastic! The house was beautiful and impeccably clean and well-stocked with everything we needed and good view. The home was cozy and Arshak was always available to answer our questions. We can’t wait to come back!

It was a nice place for a family stay

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The space was clean and organized and we would love to stay here again!

The house is located in this beautiful village surrounded by mountains, and the house is large and spacious. The host was very friendly and responsive, quickly fixing anything that needed attention. He also helped us get some local eggs and milk, which were delicious—highly recommended! However, the house has many cameras, which made us feel a bit uncomfortable being under surveillance. Also, there’s no dishwasher, which made cleaning up a bit inconvenient. All in all, we had a great time.

It's not easy to describe our level of satisfaction with words. From the start to the end of our stay at this magical house everything worked out just perfectly fine and beyond our expectations. My family and I were extremely happy to stay there for 8 days and in the end, we didn't want to leave. It truly is a dream house. The massive and gorgeous garden has the most delicious fruits from apples to grapes and plums and many more. They don't use any chemicals and everything is organic there. We simply would walk down the garden and pick our favorite fruits and eat them. The beautiful and heated swimming pool was just amazing. We did swim during the day and also at night time. The view from the balcony is breathtaking and the most relaxing spot to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee every morning. Every inch of the house is designed with love and passion with a traditional Armenian touch. Every room has its own unique feeling and the kitchen is perfectly equipped with anything you possibly need. We did barbecue almost everything night in the beautiful garden area right beside the pool. I can't emphasize enough how amazing of a place #Yerkirmylove is. I have to say the hosts and the staff were extra helpful and kind. They treated us like family and we couldn't believe how nice of a people they are. Every one of them are amazingly beautiful people. They even gave us an Armenian cellphone during our stay so we could easily have access to phone and internet everytime we went out in the city. To speak to an English speaking person all we had to do was press the speed dial and someone would answer in a second. If you're looking for a place to rejuvenate, relax and enjoy every single second of your time in Armenia, don't look further. This is it. I highly recommend.

Very nice comfy place near to main city area but still calm and peaceful

We spent three days with a family with a small child in the house. From the very booking, David was in touch, suggesting and giving recommendations regarding the trip. For the little guest, the owner of the house specially prepared a crib and a high chair for feeding, and when we checked in, homemade baklava was waiting for us! The house is spacious, with a beautiful well-groomed territory and good furniture. There is also a turtle living on the territory, it was a complete delight for the child) We found a luxurious bloom of roses on the territory of the house. We didn't have time to use the pool and sauna, but they were also ready to use. The house has everything you need for your stay, including slippers, shampoos and shower gels. There are shops within walking distance (about 300 m - a small shop and about 500-600 m - a fairly large supermarket, but you need to walk a little uphill to it). The city center is about 15 minutes by taxi. Food delivery services are also available. We were satisfied and thank David for his help in various matters!

We are regular airbnb travelers and would rate Karen's place as the nicest we have ever been to. Located in a quiet neighbourhood, a beautiful place where life has its own pace. The place was very clean, self-made, had everything we needed to feel at home for a long stay - really sometimes even better than at home. To describe it shortly, it is a whole house at your command! WIth its own pool, beautiful garden, even domestic birds! Karen made sure that it is the best place to stay, the amount of work he put in this place is outstanding. Communication with him was great too - he provided everything we needed - even though we had a long stay, was always available and genuinely a great and kind person! We would highly recommend this wonderful apartment as this is one of the best experiences on this app. We are looking forward to staying here again!

We had a great time at Anush's apartment. It is quiet, spacious, clean and offers a beautiful view of the garden and the city. Anush responded quickly and helped answer any questions that we had, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Note that the accommodation is located 15 minutes from the center with a climb, but that didn't bother us. We highly recommend this apartment!

The host is truly wonderful and helped us find a doctor for our sick child. She was always willing to respond to our questions and make our stay as pleasant as possible. The flat is comfortable and spacious. The area is quiet. 100% recommend.

This place is very conveniently located. It’s only a few minutes drive away from the airport making it the perfect place to spend a night or two after arriving in Armenia. The property itslef is spacious and feels very fresh. The host is friendly, very responsive and answered our messages and questions very quickly. He even picked us up and gave us a ride from the airport even though our flight landed at 3 am!

Great place to stay very close the Garni Temple. Everything was totally new and totally clean. There was everything we needed, parking right outside the door and a friendly host. We surely recommend the place!

Our family felt extremely happy! Karen’s Villa is an amazing experience near by the ropeway and town. Super spacious! the living room, the couch is very realxing, the dining table and the kitchen was an absolute assets of this home. the bedrooms! There were morethan enough beds for a big family like us. amd last but not the least. it was amazingly clean! Karen have such an experience on how to accommodate guests like us..we certainly felt home immediately when we entered her villa. Karen and her home truly exceeded pur expectations. very cosy and family friendly. Super highy recommended. we will definitely consider going back again in Tsagkadzor because of her.

What I found was a quiet kind of hospitality. The apartment was clean, calm, and exactly as described - though perhaps a touch more spacious in person. The host was responsive and thoughtful in the best possible way. There's something to be said for a stay that feels both cared for and entirely your own. Also worth noting: the host often cooks wonderful local food, which adds something warm to the whole experience. Would book again.

This place was impeccable! The host, Gurgen was super responsive and accommodating. The house was clean, luxurious and safe. Bathrooms were clean with lots of toiletries. Kitchen had everything one needs for a nice getaway. I would highly recommend it for families who would like to spend quality time together.

I was pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a very late checkout at no additional cost, showcasing their commitment to guest satisfaction. The property itself is impeccably clean and offers perfect space for a family of eight. Additionally, the charming rural environment is both safe and quiet, providing a peaceful retreat. The convenience of reaching the city center by taxi at a very reasonable price further enhances the appeal of this location. We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Mane’s house in Yerevan. The 2-story house, with 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, comfortably fitted our family of 6 adults and a 5-year-old boy. One of the bedrooms had a lot of kids’ toys, and our child slept in that room and absolutely loved it. He also enjoyed playing outside. The kitchen was beautiful and fully equipped. We also enjoyed the outdoor space - a high-fenced yard offering plenty of privacy. The outdoor dining area, mangal style grill, and the swing chair provided a perfect setting for relaxation. We even enjoyed late-season sweet grapes from the vine in the yard. Gated garage allowed us to park our minivan securely. The house is located a 10-15 minute drive from downtown, with grocery stores nearby. A small note: the road leading from the main road to the house is unpaved, curvy and a bit bumpy, but this didn’t detract from our experience. We were extremely satisfied and highly recommend the house for anyone staying in Yerevan!

Armen made us feel like family ,his kindness and responsiveness was amazing . He never hesitated to respond to any of our needs day or night . The welcomed us with a delicious chocolate cake & fresh fruits on the table He often brought us fresh fruit & even gave a bottle of valuable Vodka to my husband as a gift . My husband is Lebanese Christian so he doesn’t speak Armenian but Armen being so educated was able to connect with him in English . Even his wife was so loving and attended to our needs beside her husband (because it was our first visit to Armenia we had a lot of questions LOL) The place in reality is far more beautiful than in the photos , new ,organized and clean . My husband and I would love to go back there for our next visit . I highly recommend it You want to feel you’re at Home? You will finally feel so at this beautiful place.

We have made a reservation at Alvard’s place at a very short notice after another reservation had fallen through. Alvard was very quick to respond, very kind, warm and welcoming. The house itself was even better (more spacious) than it appears in the photos. Even on in the midst of summer heat, it was pleasantly cool inside the house. While the location is not central and the street is quite noisy and dusty, the house windows look into the private yard with a little garden, so one can sleep at night undisturbed. And one can easily get to the city center by taxi in about 10-15 minutes.

Vahe's place is excellent with every comfort a guest might need. I attended an event at the state university, so the location was perfect. It is an excellent budget option which I would highly recommend.
