Stepan’s place was simply lovely. It was so centrally located across from a terrific park with fabulous restaurants. It was well-decorated and very clean. My family of 4 felt very comfortable. Thank you for the most welcoming place in Yerevan.

Gevorg was a great host for us as a family, and we’re truly grateful for his outstanding hospitality and attention to detail. He offered us a free breakfast (local style) and extended our checkout time a bit although he had a following guest. Gevorg looked for all the details at his outstanding home. From the beautifully designed house to its great location along the river and within a greenery area, every aspect of our stay was greatly managed. We’ll certainly keep this place in mind for future visits and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing place!

Hi , I had a fantastic stay at this place! The house was spotlessly clean, and the host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout my stay. From the very first contact David was very accomodating to all my requests. He provided detailed/video instructions of how to find the place, the parking. Responded to every message within a minuet or less. Generously provided with all personal care products. As a host, I rate him 5 out of 5. The apartment is big and specious, well laid out, equiped with all essential items for comfort. The location is fantastic, walking distance from 24/7 supermarket, fresh bakery, cafes and restaurants, shops for little shopping therapy if you wish and much more. I loved the security of the building with 24/7 monitored security, working lift. Definitely good value. I highly recommend this apartment and will definitely visit again. Great , Just a great apartment in the smallest center of the city ! The location , you can't find it better - perfect. You can easily walk to all the main attractions, also literally a few steps away there are supermarkets, coffee shops, an exchanger, banks and a variety of shops, Very convenient and comfortable... The balcony has a beautiful view of the cathedral, there are also a couple of chairs, it's nice to sit in the evenings. The apartment itself is very clean and very cozy, it feels like home. Everything is available - from a microwave to washing powder, slippers , soap , toothbrushes paste , paper, comb, towel - Everything is available... There is oil, salt, tea, coffee all the necessary utensils - you can cook. In the bedroom is huge bed, comfortable sofa in the hall.( which opens ) Slept well, very quiet at night. TV with apps, you can watch YouTube, but the biggest plus is the host. Incredibly warm-hearted and helpful person to reach out to with any question and he is a duty

The stay was great, the apartment is nice, big, everything is new and clean, as in the photos. The view is gorgeous, with an incredible sunset. The host was very responsive. We needed a crib for our two-year-old child, and he provided it immediately, as well as more towels. The only problem was that not all rooms have curtains, so we had to improvise with towels. The apartment is on the top floor of the building, which is very cool if you keep the windows open. There is only one air conditioner in the living room that reaches the entire apartment. And after midnight there was no more water in the apartment, due to maintenance work nearby. The building is also newly built with construction material still around. But we had a great stay, and the host also offered us a place in the garage, which was great. I really recommend it.

Everything was great! The apartment is bright, clean, and very comfortable. It’s perfectly located right in the city center. Check-in was smooth and easy and the host was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

Great place, new building with great terrace, there was everything you can need, only minus for is that we thought it would be closer to center ( arround 5-6km from the place)

Very nice place near the city center, the residential complex is very calm and safe. There were available parking spots right in front of the building. The host was very responsive at all times and helped us with everything. Highly recommended!

I’ve spent a month in Eddi’s apartment in Yerevan. I highly recommend it. The apartment is spacious and has windows on both sides of the building. The interior nicely combines parquet floor, warm grey walls and carefully selected vintage furniture. A really nice vibe. BTW, there is an oven (which is not very common in Yerevan). There is a lot of storage space in numerous wardrobes. The apartment is located near a pretty lively spot in the center of Yerevan. The building itself is in a nice lane, and it’s really quiet in the apartment. There is a bunch of good restaurants nearby, and a supermarket just a minute away. Overall, anywhere you would like to go in the center of Yerevan is pretty close to this apartment. I never had to use a taxi. I also recommend the Lover’s park located just a short walk away from the apartment.

The apartment was wonderful and exactly as described. Very spacious, cozy, and beautifully designed. It honestly feels like the best option on Airbnb in this area. We felt right at home. Irina was incredibly responsive and answered all our questions quickly. The location was also super convenient. We’d definitely love to come back!

We rented the apartment on the top floor which was very private, very spacious, big living room with large table and seating area, 2 spacious bedrooms. Access to large private balcony from dining space with view of garden, pool and surrounding mountains. Everything was clean and worked well. Communication with the owner was easy and fast and she was very kind and always ready to help. Also all people working there were always nice and ready to help. We could park our motorbikes under the roof behind the gate what was very comfortable for us. Good small supermarket is right around the corner. It was a perfect spot for us to explore Gegham Ridge. Definitely recommend.
