Holiday rentals with a home cinema in Armenia

honestly, very satisfied with the house. Subway under the house, supermarket even with basic necessities, you can sleep well. A small tip to Tigran: if you put the coffee machine, it would be advisable to make pods available at least for the first day. Thank you then for everything, I had a very good time and if you return to Yerevan, you will be the first option. PS: but put the waffles! :)

Aleksandr is a great host!

The host is responsive, friendly. The pocket wifi is 10 out of 10, the local SIM card was not needed, the apartment is quiet and cozy. Convenient location of the apartment(be sure to visit): Yerevan City supermarket - 5 minutes on foot, Khinkali by Tumanyan 3 minutes, stand-up club Ari 10 minutes, central square 14 minutes, Cascade - 15 minutes, delicious barbecue in lavash - 1 minute (neighboring house, in the basement). The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, no one disturbed sleep, curtains in the bedroom do not let in light and a good bed. If you only heard about Armenian hospitality, but did not know how it is in fact - I recommend starting with Tigran, thank you very much.

The place is clean, beautiful, and a great location. The host was very respectful and friendly, and the apartment was very clean and large I recommend it .

Great place, 10 minutes away from the republic square on foot, so clean and host is nice and responsive.

This was the best Airbnb flat and experience I have ever had, top-notch quality, spotless, well furnished. The location is the best you can get, at the heart of everything and yet the courtyard is quite at night (master bedroom faces the courtyard). The flat is of good size and comfortable for 4. It is furnished with high-end furniture and appliances, kitchen is very well equipped. Everything is brand new and of European standard. The AC that can be regulated in every room is a huge plus. The master bedroom has a large walk-in closet. The best asset must be the open balcony. The apartment is on the 6th floor, accessible with an elevator (not a given in Yerevan). There is a fruit/vegetable shop in the building courtyard and a small bakery for daily fresh local baked goods. Sargis was an extremely sympathetic and friendly host, very responsive and accommodating. He even arranged for a foldable bed for our son to have his own sleeping space. We absolutely loved everything about our stay!

Gevorg was a great host for us as a family, and we’re truly grateful for his outstanding hospitality and attention to detail. He offered us a free breakfast (local style) and extended our checkout time a bit although he had a following guest. Gevorg looked for all the details at his outstanding home. From the beautifully designed house to its great location along the river and within a greenery area, every aspect of our stay was greatly managed. We’ll certainly keep this place in mind for future visits and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing place!

It was a good experience

Liana and Grant were very welcoming and helpful for our stay. The place is basic but with the balcony and the garden are really nice ! My children could play ping pong and chill in the garden. Grant helped us a lot and offered to come with us to find one of the medieval monastery in the forest. We really enjoyed staying there.
