The apartment was fantastic! It's located in a beautiful area—truly the best in Yerevan—very close to all the main museums, theaters, and restaurants, and perfect for walking around and exploring the city. The apartment was very comfortable, ideal both for relaxing and for doing some work, as it has a dedicated space for using a computer. It's also conveniently close to a supermarket, currency exchange, and other essentials. The host was extremely polite and kind, always responsive to our requests. The apartment had everything necessary for a very comfortable stay—we even extended our visit twice because we enjoyed it so much! Overall, this is absolutely the best location in Yerevan for all types of travelers. We felt at home here and were truly happy during our stay.

Very nice place to stay, the host definitely put effort to make it feels like home. Spend a while in the small garden is always refreshing. It is more ideal for a slightly longer stay due to the 25-30min ride to the city center. The peaceful and quiet community is also worth mentioning.

This was a perfect place for our 6-week stay in Yerevan. Great location and value. We loved the fully equipped kitchen and general layout of the apartment. It gets a lot of natural light. Hope to come back!

The apartment was incredibly comfortable, with every amenity thoughtfully provided, making it feel like a true home away from home. The location was absolutely perfect – right in the heart of Yerevan. We loved being able to step out and instantly have access to so many fantastic restaurants, cozy cafes, and great places to explore. It made our 3-day stay incredibly convenient and enjoyable, and we had plenty to do just within walking distance. Souren, the host, was wonderful and made us feel warmly welcomed. He was attentive, responsive, and took great care in ensuring we had everything we needed. His responsibility and attention to detail truly made a difference. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Yerevan – it’s the ideal combination of comfort, style, and unbeatable location!

Rented the apartment for my short stay in Yerevan. Apartment was very clean, location is perfect with easy access to stores and cafes/restaurants. Aram is a very responsive host, check-in and check-out were fast & simple. Would love to stay there during future trips to Yerevan.

We stayed one night at Yoga home. Very good value for money. Alexsei was communicative and André, who received us a genius. She explained everything to us and we also chatted with a middle coffee. Very friendly. The room is very spacious and comfortable. There are two shared bathrooms also large and a full kitchen. Also garden with incredible views and a very interesting atmosphere by the people and workshops that are given in the house.

The place really felt like home, its cosy, stylish and most importantly very efficient as a location, price and value. Would definitely book it again for my next trip!

Karo was a wonderful host! He really moved mountains just to make our stay enjoyable and comfortable, together with his brother Narek. When there was a problem with the internet, he immediately went to the unit even if it was already 10pm, just to fix it. He also offered us private tour services using his car and provided snacks for our family, and even dropped us off at the airport at around 11pm. Beautiful and Comfortable Apartment The bed was very comfortable, and the apartment was bright. We really loved this calm place and enjoyed our privacy during our one-month stay in busy Yerevan. The host was very friendly, always responsive, and helpful whenever we needed anything. The only challenge we faced was the parking situation—we didn’t receive a key for the barrier, so we couldn’t park close to the house. I'm happy to say that I’ll definitely return to this beautiful place on my next visit!

Wonderful cozy and spacious apartment, has everything you need and even more) towels, bed linen, new toothbrushes in packages, toothpaste, shampoo - in a word, everything you need for a comfortable stay was prepared for our arrival. There are a huge number of different stores around with a great variety of products. Ovanes is a very responsive and kind person, one of the best hosts I've ever visited - he was always in touch and helped with any questions. Thank you very much!

Very nice place near the city center, the residential complex is very calm and safe. There were available parking spots right in front of the building. The host was very responsive at all times and helped us with everything. Highly recommended!

Highly recommend Arpine's place. Its <10 minute from the skiing resort and market, additionally you can find a snacks store in the building itself. Apartment was clean and organized.

We rented the apartment on the top floor which was very private, very spacious, big living room with large table and seating area, 2 spacious bedrooms. Access to large private balcony from dining space with view of garden, pool and surrounding mountains. Everything was clean and worked well. Communication with the owner was easy and fast and she was very kind and always ready to help. Also all people working there were always nice and ready to help. We could park our motorbikes under the roof behind the gate what was very comfortable for us. Good small supermarket is right around the corner. It was a perfect spot for us to explore Gegham Ridge. Definitely recommend.
