An apic mansion for your group gateway! Great BBQ area, gigantic pool, lots of rooms with entertainment, comfortable bedrooms, sauna is a great addition! Will definetly be coming back to it for the future stays!

We really enjoyed staying at Diliana’s place! She communicated well and we felt right at home. The house is spacious and clean, and the kitchen is well equipped. The surroundings are very nice for an afternoon stroll. Equally, Diliana’s place is well located as the starting point for bicycle trips. A small grocery shop (and great local Taverna) is at walking distance, and you can easily get to the airport and Larnaca itself.

Mr. Stavros was very friendly, very helpful and responded to all my calls immediately. The house was very clean, in a very good location.

The cozy interior + spacious outdoor area really make this place special. It’s peaceful and quiet, yet still within walking distance to plenty of great spots in Kiti. A good balance of calm and convenience.
