This house does not have central air. We provide a fan and AC in the bedrooms. Kids playground across the street. Street parking available. 50 minutes to Nelson, 25 minutes from Red mountain, 10 minutes to Rossland, 25 minutes to Castlegar, 5 minutes from TECK, 2 minutes to downtown Trail and the Columbia river.

Perfect getaway! This private, new, detached cottage is nestled just steps from Kootenay Lake in lower Nelson. With 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, sleeps 4, this tranquil space will meet your relaxing needs. Our pet friendly space is sure to please. We do allow DOGS for a fee of $60 for the stay. Sorry NO CATS. Please be sure to let Kadie know you are bringing a dog and to add it at the checkout.
