We had a great stay here! It was small, as expected, but it is very efficient and well organized to maximaize the space. It fit our family of 4 and all of our ski geat just fine! Since there was snow on the ground, we could ski down the hill to the parking lot; very convienent. Joshua was very responsive and we would stay here again.

The serene surroundings provided the perfect escape from our busy lives. We were greeted with a warm, inviting atmosphere that instantly made us feel at home. The cabin was cozy and well-equipped, allowing us to relax and enjoy our time together. We spent our days exploring the natural beauty around us, taking peaceful walks by the lake, and soaking in the tranquility of the woods. In the evenings, we cuddled by the fireplace, sharing stories and laughter. This getaway will remain a cherished memory, representing five amazing years of togetherness and joy.

Lake Affect Retreat is an absolutely beautiful and stunning home. The pictures don't do it justice. The home is nestled among tall trees and sits just right at the lake's edge. We were able to watch bald eagles and other wildlife while relaxing on the porch. We BBQ steaks, soaked in the hottub, and used their kayaks for a fun filled weekend. Deon and Christopher were excellent hosts; friendly and always available for any needs we may have needed. Her banana bread is delicious and was a kind welcoming. I would recommend staying here! Thank you for your generosity in sharing your space with us.

This cabin was perfect. Even better in real life than the pictures could show. It was distinct and very intentionally appointed. It was the perfect amount of seclusion while being an easy drive into town. My only disappointment was that I didn’t have the time for a longer stay! I would love to revisit this cabin in the winter.

This was a last minute spontaneous booking that will now be a tradition! Matt was a lovely host! The place was very comfy. We walked in with snacks and all the goodies needed for s’mores!! My boyfriend loved the fire pit in the back. We will recommend this place to friends/family!!

Downtown Lakefront Condo with Bikes & Kayaks

Our condo was right on the water. We used the kayaks one morning, and the unit was just right for two people. I snore, so slept on the sofa couch and my husband used the bedroom. The sofa bed was the most comfortable sofa bed I've ever slept on! Overall, great deal and very close to everything in Sandpoint. Just know that you have to get out of your car and put the code for the unit into the gate to get into the parking lot for the unit.
