The large living and dining area is characterized by a very large ceiling height and a lot of air (4.20 m height), the fully glazed barn gate brings light into the room. Welcome to our 2nd home. Hidden away in the village of the old town of Ueberlingen. One of the last, not luxuriously renovated retro apartments from the '60s. It is centrally located in the Konstanzer Niederburg, directly at the Münster. The low price is reflected in the simplicity of the apartment, therefore not suitable for high demands. A small parking space for the car at the apartment can be rented separately. It's a simple, clean, and functional apartment.
