Monthly Rentals in Kololo, Kampala Central Division

I like this place. it's spacious, luminous, and close to shops and restaurants. it's a quite place and the swimming pool is an added plus to entertain children during the weekend. The apartment very clean and the host very responsive

The building is well located, a short walk to Acacia mall and the Kisementi shopping plaza. Many good restaurants there, as well as a large Carrefour supermarket. The apartment overlooks Mawanda Rd., which is busy and has a lot of traffic noise. The back bedroom, which overlooks a courtyard, is more peaceful. The front bedroom is larger and a bit better furnished. Unfortunately, this part of Mawanda Rd was under construction for my whole 3-week stay, which added to the noise, as well as dust and some road closures. The gate to the compound is set back from the road, which adds safety. There is usually someone watching the gate. The other residents of the building are friendly. No problems with water pressure, internet, or electricity, apart from two brief neighborhood outages. Joy is a wonderful, extremely attentive host. She cleans the apartment thoroughly twice a week. When the laundry drying rack needed to be replaced, she brought a new one immediately.

Great stay! The place was clean, looked just like the photos, and had all the amenities listed. The location was private and perfect—would definitely recommend

We stayed at Diana's place for 4 nights with 5 of us in our group. The house is very private, with a nice big yard/car park and a secure gate off the main road, so it's much quieter than staying on the main road. Diana's staff, whom she has employed, were very friendly and helped us sort out washing laundry, and anything else we needed during our stay. The WIFI connection was high-speed, the bathrooms were clean and spacious, and the bedrooms had good storage for our clothing and suitcases. We enjoyed our stay and hope to be back the next time we pass through Kampala! Thanks, Diana, for hosting us.
