Accommodation with modern finishing in an old house. The apartment is very large and comfortable, especially the living room and kitchen. Lots of sockets. The kitchen is large and comfortable with everything you need. Large shower, plenty of hooks for towels. The towels are snow-white and thick. The house was as clean as a pharmacy. We found the house and apartment right away following Michaela's clear instructions. The place is very quiet and pastoral, 50 minutes' drive from Prague. We didn't see the owners, we took the key from the Key lock on the gate. The children's room was closed, apparently because we rented only for 2 people. The only drawback is that the toilet and shower are on the lower floor, and the bedrooms are on the upper floor - this is not very convenient, but quite acceptable.

Everything went according to the agreement, without a single mess. The house is small but surprisingly spacious and ergonomically furnished inside. The price of the accommodation is very good compared to hotels in Kutna Hora. Living in TinyHouse is probably a lot about habit, but it's a good fit for me. But I might not recommend only people with inferior mobility, the beds are upstairs and the stairs are steeper and narrower due to the limited space. A young family with children +6 ket is perfectly fine, you can also sleep on the sofa on the ground floor if a smaller child wouldn't take the stairs. Fully equipped kitchen - stovetop, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, pod coffee maker, basic dishes. Possibility to park behind a closing gate, you can sit on the covered patio. We stayed at outdoor temperatures of 10-12 degrees, heating panels through the heat pump, I would probably not be afraid in winter, the insulation seems good, even the quality of the windows, no coldness from them. Close to a very tasty cafe with desserts and own roaster.

Misha was a wonderful host! She came out and introduced herself and gave me local recommendations about getting around the city. You can hear everything from the Airbnb but it was never a distraction or disturbance. Bed was super comfy and the free drinks in the fridge was a very thoughtful touch.

The place exceeded my expectations. Nicely furnished, clean, quick agreement with the host. Everything needed was available and even something extra (coffee machine, charger). I definitely recommend it.
