We were impressed by the warm welcome hospitality. The accommodation was immaculately clean and tastefully decorated providing a cozy and comfortable retreat throughout our stay. The view from the balcony is breathtaking. Senthil’s prompt communication made the entire experience seamless. He is open to all the suggestions and feedback. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would highly recommend Senthil’s place to anyone looking for a memorable Airbnb experience.

this please was very good for extended family. food is good especially south indian food. #don't try onion pakora# care taker only understand tamil very difficult to conversation with non tamil person. 3 room are very good but two room are small specially bathroom to to small, no bash basin. views are good in the garden. breakfast and biriani are good.

Such a beautiful place. Secluded and at the heart of the city at the same time. Beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces, cozy fireplace in the living room and a scenic garden to have your morning coffee. We went as a group of 5, all of us totally enjoyed every moment of our time there. Caretaker Selvi made sure all our needs are met and cooked up a storm on both days based on our needs. Rekha coordinated with us every step of the way and was flexible with checkin and checkout timings. Lake was just a 5 minute drive from the place and we found the easy accessibility super convenient. Would definitely love to visit again :)

Had a great time here and the place was exactly what we expected. Gorgeous views and plenty of places in the house to just spend time with friends meant that we were hesitant to step outside. Would definitely recommend the place for bigger groups (5+ people). Thank you Nikita and Arun for being such wonderful hosts!

We 12 members stayed one night in this property. Very good property located in In the middle of beautiful surroundings. The host is very humanitarian personality and from the day we booked till we vacate the premises they keep in touch all the times. Their foods are very good with reasonable price. we are planning to go again before this vocation ends.

Property is an oldish 4BHK Duplex on a cliff. You can see the beautiful valley from here. Andavar temple is walkable from here. It has got enough parking for 3 cars. Anand was the caretaker for us. We got good help and tasty food for us as well from him. Bonfire in the night is amazing. Since the property is next to a cliff, it was breezy with cold air (much colder than city). Building is slightly old with older furnishing but not much of a concern though. Hot water was available for bathing.

We had a wonderful stay at 7 Blues in Kodaikanal! The property is absolutely beautiful — nestled in a peaceful and scenic location, away from the crowd, making it perfect for a relaxing getaway. The surroundings are serene, and the house itself is well-maintained and cozy. A special mention to the caretaker, who was extremely cooperative and helpful throughout our stay. They went above and beyond by arranging an early check-in and a late checkout, which made our trip even more comfortable. We also enjoyed a lovely bonfire in the evening, which added a warm and memorable touch to our experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking to unwind in a calm and picturesque setting. We stayed at this property with a family of 6 adults and 2 kids, and overall, we had a great experience. The place is secluded, which made for a peaceful and relaxing stay — perfect for those looking to get away from the city and unwind in nature. The rooms were exactly as shown in the photos — clean, comfortable, and private. One of the highlights was the private waterfall, which was beautiful to view and added a unique touch to the property. The caretaker was prompt in reaching out to us before we arrived and he was waiting for us when we arrived. The complimentary breakfast was amazing - loved all the south Indian breakfast items that were provided. The only challenge we faced was the parking ramp, which is quite steep and could be tricky for tourists or those unfamiliar with such inclines. We opted to park on the road instead, which worked out just fine for us. All in all, a lovely stay in a scenic location.

A lovely and cozy stay with all the luxuries to make you feel you are on a vacation. Beautiful garden and born fire area to make your morning and evenings even better. Host vashikaran and the entire house staff led by venkat there were extremely helpful and polite. Perfect place for a holiday if you are in Kodai !!

Ideal place for a trip with extended family. Spacious rooms and living areas. The host Ragul is always available for anything that is required. He is very helpful and takes care of guests. The caretaker is also good and prepares delicious home cooked good.

The property stood out as shown in the pictures. Food was delicious. Had a pleasant stay. Suggested some maintenance improvements and understood from Sayed that the property will undergo renovation shortly. Will look forward to book again. Cheers!!
