Monthly Rentals in Kocjan

We had a wonderful stay! The host was very friendly and welcoming. The house is spacious, cozy, and well-furnished, with plenty of equipment for everyday use, including reliable internet, which is great for remote workers. It's located in a peaceful area surrounded by greenery, offering a perfect balance between price and value—you truly get more than what you pay for. A lovely bonus is that the host provides bikes for rent and offers guests homemade food, such as fresh eggs, honey, and seasonal vegetables. The house is conveniently located near the Vučja Vas highway exit, about 15 minutes from Murska Sobota, 30 minutes from Maribor, and 1 hour 45 minutes from Ljubljana. We're staying here for a month, and it's been an excellent experience. Highly recommended!

I had the whole place to myself which I’d wouldn’t expect again! The outdoor kitchen, the forest and views aware perfect and Vlado and his wife couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. As a first stop in Slovenia it was exactly what I wanted.

The cottage is very cozy and very nicely decorated. Here you can actually relax for a few days. It was very clean and the amenities are exceptionally good. Small note: the cottage is absolutely perfect for smaller and petite people, larger people could actually find it a bit cramped.

It's a very interesting house. The children were very happy. A wonderful place for a holiday adventure. We can recommend it to everyone and have a hope to return someday.
