Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Kochel

A wonderful house in a beautiful spot. Amazing views and walkable distance from anything you need. The house is lovely! Felt like a home away from home. The hairs were very friendly and responsive. We are already thinking about going back in the future as it was perfect for our group of 7+ dog. Everything feels pretty new and clean and has all the amenities you need. Loved the sauna and balcony space with views. Would recommend to others for sure. We’ll be back one day!

We had a great stay at the apartment. Nothing was missing, everything you need was available. The apartment is just like in the photos. Modern and loving, but practically furnished. Very clean. Easy check-in. Very nice and uncomplicated landlord. Absolutely recommended! We will definitely come back!

The apartment was ideal for our stay. The location was great - a short 10 minute walk from the old town and 25 minutes from the train station. The facilities were very good with a fully equipped kitchen and air conditioning. The Innsbruck welcome card which was included gave us free public transport and good discounts too.

We were received super friendly and had a really nice contact with Karin and her husband all the time. The apartment was great and met all expectations, you can take really nice excursions, on foot or by public transport or car and then enjoy the great view of the mountain on the balcony. The recovery effect is so fast that you can easily switch off. Thank you for this!!!

We stayed for 3 nights at Georg's apartment "Viktoria" and felt at home from the first time we entered. Not only the apartment, but also the house and the great garden (with various possibilities for sitting, lingering, sunbathing and watching sunset) were super well maintained, lovingly designed and kept modern. The location of the accommodation was perfect - insanely quiet location, but by car within an hour you were in the Alps! We will be happy to come back!

We loved our stay—the apartment was even more beautiful than the photos suggested. The kitchen was well stocked, including with some basic groceries (a very nice touch). Our first day was overcast and rainy, and Magda offered suggestions for weather appropriate activities. We would definitely stay here again.

We were 8 and did a team workation. Unfortunately, the weather did not cooperate, but we felt very comfortable in the large living room!

Very pretty place where to stay like at home

Dear Christina, Even though we didn't meet in person, I say Thank you for letting me spend my 70th birthday with the family in this beautiful house. They were wonderful days and the weather also played along. So we could enjoy the lake property and conquer the lake. The house left nothing to be desired. It was a pleasure to cook and eat together. Very spacious and super modern house - cozy and luxurious with the added flair of having a sauna. Would def. recommend this place to any bigger group travelling & would come again!

We had a lovely stay. The accommodation offers everything you need and with sauna, jacuzzi and pool table or barbecue also a nice change for everyday life. As a suggestion for improvement, only a privacy screen in the "spa area", as it is somewhat insightful due to the neighboring houses. All in all, we felt very comfortable and can highly recommend the accommodation because of its amenities and also because of its location. Communication with Manuela was flawless.

It was all excellent! Super nice area, extremely quiet and great hiking trails right from the house. We met the landlord briefly, super nice people. Otherwise, you have complete peace and quiet, self check in/check out is also great. Highly recommend.

Our family had a great time at Michael and Katrins house in Fussen. The house is beautiful Inside and has everything you could need and more. The location is perfect. We wish we could’ve stayed longer and would be happy to come back!

Perfect location at Peter’s place! It was extremely clean and well stocked. It was very quiet and I felt safe as a single mama with 3 boys. Even appreciated the water and beer in the fridge! The location is in walking distance of the famous Glockenspiel in the Marianplatz, the outdoor markets, and many shops and restaurants. Access to train to get around the city is convenient as well! The city is very clean and generally quiet, especially on Sundays. What a treat! I appreciated the stay very much! I hope to return again soon!

We felt at home in the apartment. The apartment is even nicer than the pictures. The kitchen is superbly equipped for every cooking experiment. The view will take your breath away and peaceful at the same time. The farm shop in the village is also worth a visit, as well as the milk filling station. Greta was super friendly and had great tips for us. We will be happy to come back.

We found Michael's accommodation very nice, clean and quiet. There were already many things available, such as salt, pepper, detergent, soap and toilet paper. There was a lot to do in the area, whether in the mountains or by the lake. Overall, we really enjoyed our vacation at Michael's.

Great apartment 6 min walk to Marienplatz and everything else. Very quiet, well appointed and comfortable. This was our second time there. Lemlem allowed an early check in which was extremely helpful and organized a really early taxi to the airport also extremely helpful. If was to go to M again I would stay here.

My mother and I had spent 5 nights in this pearl of apartment in early April. We were totally flashed by this apartment from second 1 - it is even more beautiful than in the photos. Everything is decorated with so much love for detail. High quality and practical. we were even able to spend a few hours on the sunbeds and have dinner on the terrace. In the evening, you can quietly hear the river ripples before falling asleep in these comfortable beds like a baby. The car is well taken care of in the garage and there was even a piece of felt on the wall that on the driver's side you do not accidentally damage the door when getting out. in the apartment there are helpful tips for things to do/hiking recommendations, instructions for the apartment and restaurant tips. we were eating at 3 of the recommended restaurants - it was a palate. we also had the pleasure of meeting Petra - very likeable. The apartment is ideal for one / two persons. It has everything you need. The staircase to the mezzanine is quite steep. A well-stocked supermarket is just behind the corner. The connection with public transport is ok - you can reach the city of Schwabmünchen in about 20 minutes or you can walk 30 minutes.

Beautiful, quiet apartment in a great location. Communication with Alice was super pleasant and uncomplicated. The accommodation lacked nothing (on the contrary: many things of daily need are already available) and the view from the garden is breathtaking. Perfectly located for excursions in the area (Geister-/Leutaschklamm, Isar hike to Scharnitz, Lautersee... - all can be started directly from the accommodation). Public transport to Garmisch-Partenkirchen or Innsbruck is also within walking distance. I would be happy to come back.

We thought the accommodation was great, it is very large and it has everything you need. We were able to reach everything quickly by car. There was a small problem with the heating, the host responded very quickly to our messages and someone came to fix the problem. We felt very comfortable in the accommodation.
