Holiday rentals with a sauna in Kochel

Our stay at Markus's was great! For us, the starting point was perfect for our (racing) bike tours and hikes - directly from the front door to the Hochries and Kampenwand. The apartment is wonderfully equipped and a small oasis (the coffee machine makes the start to the day perfect; coffee beans are also available) Thank you :-)

Dream place, with so many flowers and plants!

Franz and Astrid are very kind and accommodating hosts. We were warmly welcomed and everything was well explained (apartment, pool and sauna). We have received many good tips for activities in the region. In the pine bedroom, you could sleep very well. There were four of us with our two dogs, who also felt very comfortable. The farm is located in a quiet area that invites you to relax. Definitely highly recommended ❤️👍

Great apartment with wonderful mountain views. We were happy to use the sauna and steam room in the basement. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. A coffee maker would have been great. Otherwise, we have nothing to complain about.

It was perfect, full 5 stars for Daniela. We had a great weekend in Imsterberg, the apartment is super well maintained and clean and with its own sauna, of course, pure luxury. The view from the roof terrace is fantastic. We would come back anytime and also recommend Daniela as a host anytime. 1000 thanks!😊

Super clean and well-appointed house half. Everything is available, what is needed. Absolutely quiet location and everything easily accessible. The area offers everything your heart desires for hiking. After a heavy shower, the use of the sauna was great. We will be happy to come back.

The apartment was an absolute dream and the sauna the icing on the cake. A few days before arrival, we received the instructions on how to get the keys. Even with PDF and site plan! Thorsten and his team responded quickly to questions and were always available. The apartment has a great location with a view of the mountains in the immediate vicinity, you can quickly reach the village center, you are within a few minutes of the valley station of the cable car and thus perfectly located to start the next hike directly. What we would still be missing would be a blender and possibly basics such as vinegar, oil and a few spices. Since the nearest supermarket was not far away, that was not a problem. We will be happy to come back :)

The apartment Südwind of Tina and family, is a wonderful, beautiful spot on earth. The view of the great peaks from the balcony, such as Alpspitze, Großer Waxenstein and Zugspitze, is an absolute dream 🤩 with a coffee in hand, the first rays of sunshine shining on the summit crosses, simply absolutely perfect. Tina and her husband are two kind-hearted friendly hosts and it is an absolutely recommendable stay with them ❤️ We will see you at the latest next year at ZUT2026🙌

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was clean and beautiful. Communication was great, always got a quick response. The view is beautiful. The location is ideal for hiking, and even on rainy days you feel super comfortable. We would come back.

Our short break in Claudia's apartment was highly recommended! Nice and quiet, big enough for two people and the apartment's amenities were great. The view of the mountains was especially wonderful. We also liked to use the pool and sauna. Sights, hikes and restaurants were quick to reach. We would come back :)

Very nice accommodation, extremely central but still a little away from the hustle and bustle. Opposite the Hahnenkammbahn. Great interior with open fireplace. Kitchen top furnished. No wishes left unfulfilled. We were there as a big family. Perfect for 8 people. Each room has its own bathroom. Additional guest toilet. Great!

All clean, wonderful area :)

We were 8 and did a team workation. Unfortunately, the weather did not cooperate, but we felt very comfortable in the large living room!

Dear Christina, Even though we didn't meet in person, I say Thank you for letting me spend my 70th birthday with the family in this beautiful house. They were wonderful days and the weather also played along. So we could enjoy the lake property and conquer the lake. The house left nothing to be desired. It was a pleasure to cook and eat together. We had a nice time in Helmut & Paula's vacation home. The accommodation was superbly equipped & very spacious. The communication around our stay was always super fast & very friendly. Definitely recommend!

Absolutely incredible. Highly recommend. An easy drive to just about anything we wanted to do in Innsbruck area! Everything was perfect.

Her place was great and it accommodated 5 Adults and 3 children very well! We were extremely pleased!

The two nights following our Italian holiday brought an incredible amount of peace. An absolutely relaxed, helpful and super sweet host who was able to take care of a lot of worries and we could just enjoy ourselves, even the dog relaxed, like never before in a foreign environment :) clearly - we will come back! We had a wonderful time in Nicole's beautiful, lovingly furnished cottage. If you are looking for relaxation and deceleration, this is the case. The wide view of the fields, the pool for cooling off, the well-equipped kitchen and the generously sized bathroom were our highlights. In the morning, the bench by the large window invites you to drink coffee and relax, the terrace to eat and by the pool you can make yourself comfortable in the beanbags. The communication with Nic was excellent, she gave us excursion tips and restaurant recommendations for our stay and made a spontaneous vacation extension possible because we liked it so much that we didn't want to leave. ;)

Great location, great architecture, perfect decor. Fantastic for design lovers. Were even allowed to check out later, as it was not rented again directly after us. Perfect 👍
