Monthly Rentals in Ko Yung

We would recommend this for anyone coming from the city, craving a view! It’s very central but far enough to be peaceful. The rooms have slightly different views, they are as pictured. There’s also a roof to go to. Our host was incredibly accommodating and so easy to communicate with. I asked her a lot of questions and even had a couple of mishaps and she was never bothered — just helpful, kind, and full of local recommendations. Honestly, I don’t usually expect this level of hospitality, it was such a lovely surprise. The room itself was super clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. I would just warn that it’s on top of a hill. So while there are many things in walking distance, the walk back is up hill. We scootered and took taxis.

Edward, your property and its design is immaculate. The location and views are surreal. “Mr Wayne” who runs the house for Edward and speaks very fluent English is an absolute pleasure to deal with. From first communications, to sorting out taxi + a vehicle rental for us everything was seamless and Wayne sorted it out with no rush for payment, we settled bill at end of holiday for these services. It is on the pricier end of accommodation here in Thailand but it is worth every penny. I cannot get over the morning views and the surrounding scenery, be it a beautiful morning or slightly misty and raining we just felt like we were in paradise. We went as a couple and had an excellent time. We plan to come back here multiple times with a group of friends. This will now become our base of operations for any and all Krabi / Ao Nang activities. The bed, pool, kitchen area and bathrooms are unreal. Me and my friends has a great time staying here. The villa matched the description and photos and overall looked lovely. The host and his family were all extremely friendly and happy to chat and give recommendations. Would love to stay here again
