Monthly Rentals in Ko Racha Yai

Surasa and staff was amazing, they were there and helped with anything that I needed. Anything that I needed, they were there. The house is on the edge of a cliff overlooking the beautiful water like you can see in the images. It is on a secluded dirt road with other homes and upon arrival you will walk through a fish farm and little shacks, the house is behind all this. It is a five star from me through and through. The swinging vented doors are a work or art. The only down side I have, like everyone else that commented, are the bugs. But that’s just what you sign up for when going to a home that has a completely open living room in the tropical jungle.

We had a perfect stay at this beautiful condo!! Nack was a lovely, friendly and very responsive host. The place looked just like the pictures and the artwork and interior design is top notch!! We had a big balcony on the 4th floor (top floor) of the condominium, the beach was literally a 1-2 minute walk from our room (with lots of restaurants & a big 7-11 very close by). If I could rate this 10 stars I would, and I would definitely stay here again - if you are thinking about booking this place for your holiday, don’t hesitate :)

I only had two nights at Olga's apartment but it was fantastic and I really appreciated her responsiveness. I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here for a month and it felt like living in tropical luxury without breaking the bank. The apartment is perfect: comfy double bed, full kitchen, soft couch, clean bathroom, and a private terrace with—wait for it—direct pool access. Yes, I swam straight out of my front door. Upon arrival, I was added to an app group by Eric, who answered every question (no matter how ridiculous) within seconds. Jonas and Noi are incredible hosts—friendly, helpful, and always around if needed. The location is top: live music and tasty Thai food just steps away, scooter and car rentals close by, and Nai Harn Beach only two throttle twists down the road. Everything is within reach, yet the place remains peaceful and quiet. Morning coffee on the terrace, afternoon dip in the pool, and evening strolls to local bars—repeat daily. 11/10 – would cancel my return flight without hesitation.
