The studio is pretty good, everything is new, private balcony, however, the bathroom is prone to clogs. The internet was fast, there is coverage throughout the condo territory as well. This is nice . The complex itself is pretty good though the gym is small for this number of residents. There is a a delivery table, grilling space, and a gazebo to chill around. Location wise, tennis club and a major mall are walkable making life easier.

Sam is a very caring host. I like watching international news on TV in English. At first, the condo had very limited English news channels. Sam went out of his way, and very quickly acquired a new TV program receiver for me to use. He did the installation himself. Sam is definitely a good guy, & a great AirB&B host! 👍

The apartment was new and clean. It was a good stay. James and his wife were responsive and helpful, but the address given by Airbnb was not correct. I took a first taxi to the wrong address given by Airbnb then I had to take a second one to the correct address given by James later.

Great location, wonderful host. would certainly stay again if in phuket
