Great place to stay

Had a great weekend away at this cosy cottage. The cottage is warm, comfortable, and well-equipped, with everything you need for a quiet getaway. Loved the spa and little heater, made for a romantic time. It’s very peaceful and still close to town. Bed was comfy, and had all the basics. Would definitely come back, thankyou Nickett!!

The Windmill Barn is a truly unique and special property, set in the most stunning outdoor surrounds - honestly made me want to give up inner-city life and move to the hills! We had a lovely time at this cozy barn and enjoying a morning cuppa in the courtyard listening to the kookaburras and watching the sun rise. The only thing we thought was strange was in the listing it states outdoor amenity includes a firepit and private hot tub, but this wasn't there - maybe this used to be available but isn't anymore? Also a lovely continental breakfast was provided, would definitely book again!

Absolutely stunning location surrounded by bush and birds, very close to the local shops and eateries. Perfect accommodation for the two of us with everything we needed. Mary and Anders are amazing hosts who went out of their way to entertain us. We didn't have a car, so Mary very kindly offered to take us on a tiki tour around the vineyards - heaps of fun! We were also driven to the wedding we attended in Anders epic old car. Definitely recommend this place and hope to stay again some day :)

Purpose designed holiday cottage, very thoughtfully furnished, great for families. Umbrellas 🌂 provided for guest use. The premise is immaculately clean (& I mean clean to ethnic standards ;-) iykyk). No dust on the sills and no clutter anywhere. Close to excellent walking trails, a large playground and a nice bakery. You can’t hear the train inside which was my concern when booking. The cottage is older style so it has the nuances of a period home, some charming and some less so. The hosts are incredibly kind although we never met them. TO NOTE: Not suitable for a LOW-TOX family. There is a major cell tower right next door. The kitchen was equipped with non-stick pans only and all the bedding, although great quality and clean, smelled strongly of fabric softener.

I stayed for several weeks Diane’s gorgeous suite, situated in a quiet and leafy part of Croydon. The suite contains all of the amenities and facilities you could possibly need for a very comfortable and long-term stay (yes, including a potato masher and sauce strainer!). The dog was also happy, she had ample space to roam around outside, and an occasional play with Diane’s cute dog, Lulu. The spacious and character-filled suite is private and secure, with ample natural light. Diane has been a gracious, friendly and accommodating host, and made Max and I feel very welcome. This AirBnB stay has been my favourite so far. It will almost be a shame to leave! Highly recommended for the solo traveller or couple, and doggie of course.

A beautiful space and well appointed, everything we needed! Best of all was our wonderful host Peter and friend next door Justin who helped me in a medical emergency. A huge thank you to you both. A gorgeous place to stay, both inside and lovely outside space for my fur baby, fully fenced. Great coffee only 20 steps away. And chocolate!!!

Igor and Skevi went above and beyond to ensure that our family was safe, warm, comfortable and welcome when we had to suddenly change locations. Their communication and commitment to their guests is absolutely faultless and we felt at home in their lovely house. The house has everything a family needs, we look forward to returning on our next holiday.

The property was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed—especially the fully supplied kitchen, which made cooking a breeze. The garden was a beautiful touch, adding to the peaceful atmosphere. Parking was also very convenient, which we really appreciated. Thank you for being such a great host—we’d happily stay here again!

Wonderful experience. From first communication to the last, Henfry was friendly, courteous and proactive. Directions for parking and accessing the unit were clear and easy. The unit itself was clean, well stocked and comfortable. Lovely views with good wifi. Good heating for a cold few days! Beds were comfortable and the tram (free tram zone) was just outside the front door making the CBD easily accessible. Great place to stay! Highly recommended

Anne was extremely helpful and friendly. She made us feel right at home especially after a long flight from the UK. She met us at the apartment and showing us round the property and giving us great tips on the surrounding area. Anne was always very responsive during our stay and was a great help in ensuring my son found longer term accommodation for his new job in Melbourne. The apartment was nicely located for trams into the CBD and a 5 minute walk to the beach!!! I cannot thank Anne enough not only allowing us to use her property but for all the advice and help. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful location one block from the free tram. There is short term (5 min) parking along the short side streets on each side of building that can be used when picking up the key or loading/unloading your car.

Eric couldn’t have been more accommodating and helpful. Their starter kitchen breakfast was perfect and delicious. The house was spotlessly clean, and the bedding extremely comfortable. We’d flown over from Scotland, so comfort was important. I would highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful place! Right by a tram stop that takes you directly into the city. Very clean and cozy space with plenty of amenities! Right across from melbourne square underground parking if you’re planning on driving. In a beautiful area of the city if you’re an artsy person ◡̈

Kathi was a fantastic host, very friendly and made us feel right at home! We appreciated her going above and beyond such as giving us some milk on check in and seeing if there was anything else she could do for us. Coming back to a cozy fireplace when it was chilly outside was delightful. Accomodation was great and had everything a couple could need! We would definitely stay there again.
