Great location and views. We enjoyed our stay in the modern apartment. Only letdown was the freezer did not work but hopefully that is fixed now. Host was responsive and helpful.

We had a great stay. The bed was super comfortable. It had a smart TV, really soft bath towels and I really loved the little powerful hair dryer. We also love staying at places that have a washer so we can pack lighter. It also has the extra bits and pieces like washing liquid, salt and pepper and toiletries if you needed them. Thanks again Yanyan, we loved it 🤩🤩

Beautiful home only a short walk to the shops. In a very quiet area. The hosts were lovely and always available for any troubles. Will definitely stay here again.

The flat was the perfect location for us as we had a birthday celebration to attend nearby. It was quirky and clean and comfortable. Better still we were grateful that our Labrador could stay with us.

We booked this accommodation, situated around the corner from our house for an older, dear friend from overseas at her request. She was extremely happy with the unit, saying that it had everything she needed and she had grown very fond of the unit over her five nights. This apartment was well-located for Monash's Clayton Campus. It is linked to a mall, luxe, and has everything one needs in terms of the amenities. There was a carpark and use of the swimming pool. Most of all, Kim truly deserves her superhost status. She provided clear instructions, well in advance, and a very responsive host. She was thoughtful and even provided drinks in the fridge for us. She warm, friendly, and caring and afforded us lots of other help. We are so grateful for a wonderful stay at Kim's M-city home.

Place was lovely had everything we needed and more than enough space. Great heating for cold winter nights after a day of exploring. Location was very handy. Happily recommend this home. Erin was very accommodating and supportive.

Very easy to access, underground parking was a big bonus for me thank u so much we really enjoyed your time, very relaxing warm and owner took time out to check us in after hours really appreciate it so much xx

I had a good stay at this property. The location is outstanding, situated within close proximity to a local supermarket that greatly facilitated my daily needs. The accommodation was well-maintained and all the necessary amenities for a comfortable experience. The apartment is in a great location and the host was great communication The bathroom towels could do with replacing and what’s available in the kitchen is you wanted to cook a meal. Apart from that it was good value

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The location was perfect, conveniently close to Monash Uni, and easily accessible to nearby supermarkets and food outlets. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything you need in a home. The host was very friendly and made check-in and check-out a breeze.

I had a great stay. The place was peaceful and relaxing, perfect for a weekend getaway. The atmosphere was chill, and the space felt homey. The host was friendly, welcoming, and made sure I had everything i needed for a comfortable stay. Would definitely stay there again! Highly recommended for other guests.

Kaikai is a great host. Always responsive within 10mins. The place was very beautiful, has a beautiful city view. The place was clean. We will come back to stay there again.

Justin was a personable and lovely hosts. Justin met me and set me up with our stay in the beautiful suite and help me arrange an amazing in room massage (coming from a massage snob the contractors Justin uses are 10/10!) as well was giving us vouchers for the tea house we had planned on visiting. Ling gave us a tour on his beautiful veggie garden and even gave us some of his produce including a zucchini bigger than my arm! He also gave us a wholesome lesson on how to grown certain vegetables <3 Room was spotless, beautiful, private and romantic. We had a lovely Valentine’s Day here! I would definitely recommend this accommodation (especially if you want to earn some brownie points with a partner ;-) )

The place is beautiful as described. Big space with complete amenities, wifi, movie channels, dedicated secured carpark and above all very peaceful and easily accessible. The host is very friendly and responsive to any requirements without a delay to phone calls or SMS. I recommend the place to a couple, and family stays as it has spacious space and excellent furniture. One feels like home when he finds everything inside the house. Excellent!

My partner and I had a wonderful stay here over the weekend :) We were having some problems trying to connect to the internet and Jess was very responsive to our messages and helped us out! The gas log fire kept us very warm in the chilly weather, and the spa bath was lovely. The location was also perfect, only a short walk/ drive to shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

Thank you for a lovely weekend! Great little spot tucked away near olinda. We didnt have any trouble staying warm but note the kitchen was pretty bare bones in terms of pots, pans and supplies. There is a coffee pod machine though! Atmosphere was lovely.

My husband and I stayed for our anniversary and it was a stay we won’t soon forget. The views were spectacular, the breakfast foods and sweet treats in the fridge were a lovely touch and the check in was smooth and easy. We had a wonderful time staying there and would love to stay again in the future.
