I had a great experience and enjoyed this beautiful villa the entire stay. Was readily available when I needed assistance. Some of the best views in the city. Would recommend.

I had a fantastic stay! The house was exactly as advertised, and Carlos, the property manager, was always available to assist with anything needed to ensure a great experience. The location is also ideal, with restaurants and beautiful beaches just a short distance away.

Nice location. Close to the beach, grocery store, bakery and restaurants. A few dogs barking but that's everywhere in Cabarete. Enjoyed our stay at this villa.

Terrific villa just as described. The pool and patio were great, and we made extensive use of the kitchen. I have been to this area many times, and can assert this villa in a great spot with easy access to Laguna SOV, supermarkets, restaurants, and bars. Robert responded quickly to our questions as well. Great spot for a family!!!

Cornelius is an excellent host! He knows how to make sure his guest are comfortable. He is responsive and communicates well. Whenever I had a question, Cornelius clearly answered it and gave good information. This was my second time staying there and I’m definitely coming back to stay there. Really nice, modern, clean and spacious house with a lot of amenities. Daisy was a good host, gave us clear directions for the check in and check out and gave us a tour of the villa upon arrival. Would definitely recommend.

This property was perfect for our stay. Location was great. Right off the main strip, close to beach entrance, restaurants and supermarket. Once we arrived, the host was at the gate waiting to welcome us in. Showed our party around the property and gave us keys. I’m not sure if I read the description wrong or just didn’t fully understand it. The property is set up as six individual rooms; hotel style. Each room was spacious with fully cleaned stocked bathrooms. There was an on property house woman everyday (who was amazing). While we were gone, each room was cleaned (spotless). She even washed our clothes, everyday. The chef was an extra positive. He was well rounded and could make anything. Each day he asked what we wanted for the menu, what time the meal should be served and how many people was expected. Never disappoint. Every meal was perfect with enough to go around. He would provide everything and we would pay after the meal was done. This is now my 1st option anytime I visit.

Alex place was great even better in person. Staff was amazing provided everything you could need along with positive attitudes. 24/7 security made everyone feel safe and secure and still felt like they were almost not even there. The house is simple amazing huge bedrooms plenty of space to entertain. I am also an air bnb owner and have stayed at numerous villas in sosua this is by far in my top 3. Will definitely be back again!

The accommodation is well decorated and cozy, better than expected, the lathe is very well maintained. The water pressure is very good, the hot water comes out quickly, the host was very attentive and available.

The place is very nice! Rooms are spacious and everything was very clean and lots of kitchen amenities. The pool is also nice :) It is inside a community and the gate security personnel are a bit harsh, but besides that, it's an amazing stay in Cabarete.

It was very cozy, it had everything you needed. A quiet and private place. The only thing I would have liked is for the view from the pool to the beach to be a little more visible and for the entrance to the beach to be easily accessible. Otherwise, she's charming.

From when I booked months prior to checking in and checking out Bianca’s suggestions on the area and her attention to detail of my interests is what made my vacation for my wife and I. I cannot wait until I have a chance to return to her Loft. If you were to book a stay here I would suggest mapping a transportation plan as it was pricey (at least for me) to get around outside of the community and hit Sosua, Puerta Plata or Cabarete. Drivers Maximo and Anthony were also a highlight of ours because of their knowledge of the area and their humor. Would definitely recommend a stay here for sure!

Ericson was an AMAZING host! He was very responsive and helped us with our food delivery and finding things to do around the area. The house was GORGEOUS and I felt very safe! I will definitely be coming back soon!! Highly recommend 10/10

The view from the rooftop is worth every dollar!!! Breathtaking & serene with the perfect ocean access. Brittany was extremely friendly & responsive (I called her quite a few times 😳🤣)! I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great stay at a beautiful house.

Our stay at David’s exceeded our hopes for a great beachside vacation. The place was cozy, clean with modern style, yet not cold and impersonal and had some Dominican style to it as well. The community that David’s place is in, is welcoming, safe and we met lots of great people. Great pool, landscaping, gardens and there are so many great places to just sit back and enjoy. David was responsive with questions, had lots of recommendations for Places to eat and things to do, and we thoroughly enjoyed every minute. We will come back to again for sure!

Pristine and sparkling clean! Kathy's home is just as described and as in the pictures. It has every updated convenience like treated water system and great AC. And just a minute walk to the beach and the Millenium hotel amenities. We wanted to be close to the kiteboarding school at the Millenium so this house was perfect, and we hope to be back soon. Also- a few great restaurants and morning coffee spot all within a 2-5 minute walk.

This villa was a 10/10 very peaceful and beautiful. This will be definitely my go to every time I'm in Dominican republic ❤️ will definitely recommend to everyone.

Donny was an exceptional host and all of his staff as well. We felt truly taken care of and the house and outdoor area was fantastic. Highly recommend staying here. Donny even ordered a cake for one of the guests in our group. So cool!

This place was absolutely wonderful — far beyond my expectations! The house was spotless, beautifully designed, and filled with thoughtful amenities that made our stay incredibly comfortable. Everything felt brand new and modern, from the furniture to the appliances. The kitchen was fully equipped, the beds were super cozy, and the air conditioning worked perfectly throughout the house. We also loved the outdoor space — peaceful, well-maintained, and ideal for relaxing. Jose was an outstanding host, very responsive and helpful. You can tell he really cares about making guests feel welcome. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking for a relaxing and high-quality stay. I wish I could give it more than 5 stars!

We loved our stay. The villa is within a 2-minute walk from the beach and is in a great condition. Erika who manages the place was super responsive and helped us with restaurant bookings, taxi, etc. There's a small supermarket within a 5-minute walk, but the selection is not that great. But we mostly ate out so it wasn't a big deal. There are many restaurants either within a walking distance or a quick taxi ride.

Great host! Super responsive and friendly. The home is clean, modern and well equipped which is wonderful for a family. The only thing to note is that the pool is next to a busy road so there is some noise from that during the day. We would be happy to stay there again.

my family and I have stayed in many properties on this platform,few if any were this nice! I have to be honest when first booking I was nervous as there weren't many reviews as it was a new listing. my trepidation was indeed unnecessary,the home is everything and beyond beautiful. The owner friendly as well as responsive to all messages. we will be back for sure.if you are thinking of booking this property,do it☝🏿👍🏿
