Beachfront holiday rentals in Kite Beach

The place was clean and the view is incredible! It is right next to the Sea. The location is on a busy road, so bring earplugs if the noise bothers you. It is up 4 flights of stairs with no elevator. It is walkable to restaurants, bars, and shops. Emelly was extremely helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay here again!

This place was way more than what I wished It would be . It’s so raw , totally surrounded by nature , perfect for me because I needed a real get away from everything, the urban noises, somewhere I could feel like in my village back home in Africa. If you’re a sounds of nature lover , you’re gonna enjoy listening to trees rubbing on each other when it gets windy , and the birds singing. Your stay will feel a lot like a camping retreat . If you mind the insects, not having a tv , being far from stores and restaurants; you’re probably gonna run away .

Yes I would stay again. It was very clean, safe and homely place to stay. There are many restaurants close by, and it is away from the noise of the highway. Cabarete is an amazing place, and Ubaldo’s place made everything easy…best of luck Ps real mango tree in the backyard😜

A very special apartment, cozy, nice, clean, tidy, comfortable, good beds, pillows, sheets, etc. A quiet condominium, good green areas, an incredible view from the apartment to the sea, the sound of the waves, good breeze, pool area, jacuzzi and beach clean and very decent the entire complex. The young lady of very nice cleanliness, cooperative; the assistance from the host very quickly and cooperating. This apartment deserves 5 🌟 stars. 100% recommended.

The house was exactly what comes out in the post, Jhoselyn and his people were very friendly, proactive, close and attentive to any questions or recommendations. The beach the encounter is ideal to go with the children and even better if they want to learn to surf, the house close to supermarkets and other beaches by car, very quiet and safe neighborhood. We went with 5 kids and we were very comfortable, excellent value for money. Highly recommended.

Not much to add to the other reviews. The place was amazing,super clean and comfortable and a 2 minute walk to beach which was mostly empty and extremely beautiful.The weather was perfect with strong ocean breeze and the pool was a great addition. The grounds were beautiful and maintained and it’s a little gated community so private and safe. Lastly the hosts were very responsive and flexible and helpful,very relaxed 😎

The condo was completely updated and clean. There was a partial ocean view. The beach was walkable for miles in either direction, even at high tide. 24 hour security at the gate. A safe at this wonderfully property would have been extra feature. Julia was readily available for any questions

Very well stocked from the kitchen to bath towels to beach towels! We had a wonderful stay in a beautiful condo! We have stayed multiple times in Seawinds, really liked this two bedroom condo. Would definitely stay again.

This place is amazing with all the items you may need. I appreciate the fact there were plenty of towels and toilet paper lol. I said this because most places only supply 1 roll of paper. The only thing we had to purchase was food and there were more than enough dishes and pots and pans to cook whatever we wanted

Without a doubt the best place to stay in all of kite beach. Magnificent stay, everything was great…especially the new and well-outfitted kitchen. You can tell that the owners love to cook! Sure it’s not ground access, but it’s worth having the 2nd floor view in the morning to check the waves, and in the afternoon to watch those crazy kiters. We will be back.

we were 3 adults staying for 2 nights. The apartment was large and well maintained. Million dollar views. Staff were wonderful. Will definitely go here again.

Very comfortable studio with direct access to kite beach and a very good swimming pool

Very attentive host and amazing location!

Third time staying at Pilot House, it’s a perfect spot for kiting and it’s further away from the road so less noisy. Hot water for showers, a kitchen for coffee and meals, a lovely rooftop patio. Perfect.

The tolet in the apartment doesn't work very well. You can park your car on the street or pay to park at a parking lot near by. The fee for parking is hourly. For 24 hours it's $15.00 US dollars. Other then that the apartment is excellent.

Thank you Jorg , it was a wonderful stay The place is friendly with a permanent breeze and this show of inspiring kite surfers. This very good restaurant on the beach almost allows you to live in a closed vase. I will recommend this address around me and would gladly return

Peter's place is a wonderful spot to stay in Cabarete, right on the beach. It is actually better than described and can be good for a small family or a romantic getaway for couples. You will wake up to wonderful views of sunset or if you wake up quite later, to plenty of kite surfers ! The condo has direct access to the beach and has beach chairs for use by guests and it is extremely easy to get in and out to the beach. The whole building is quite clean and quiet, except for distant music in the restaurants a short walk down the beach. If you are a digital nomad, the internet is fast too and I was able to use a VPN without any drop. There is no need for a vehicle as the location is quite close to most places in central Cabarete and there are plenty of options for food and drinks and supermarket Janet's is less than 5 mins by walk. All in all, wonderful place, great value for money and good for working from or for just relaxing by the beach. Hope to be back soon.

Great location right in the heart of Kite Beach. Very simple check-in process, super comfy bed and a very friendly and responsive host. I was expecting it to be a little more spacious and also thought that there would be a better view over the beach.
