Apartment holiday rentals in Kite Beach

Great Airbnb close to the beach. Sergio is very easygoing and always responded quickly whenever I reached out. The apartment is a bit older, but having a washing machine and a full kitchen made our stay super convenient. It’s also much quieter at night compared to some other Airbnbs I’ve stayed at in the area. For anyone wondering—especially Americans—Cabarete is very safe. This airbnb is right next to a bank with 24/7 security even though it doesn't seem necessary. I've never once felt uncomfortable in all my times going to cabarete. All in all, Cabarete is an awesome place to visit, and I really enjoyed my stay here.

This place was great. Timothy and Fred were both very responsive and gave great information about the apartment and surroundings area. Everything is in walking distance. At this place your right in the middle of the action. Water pressure in the shower could be better but other than that is place is perfect. Will definitely be staying here again!

Once again my wife and I would like to thank Melissa (and BIG THANKS to Sabrina, you're the BEST!!) for the use of her condo. The condo was everything we had wished for and more. Orilla del Mar is a great place to visit the property is gorgeous and the facilities are excellent. ODM's staff are constantly working at keeping the property in pristine shape and are always there to help with any request (big THANKS to Raul). Next, I must say that the other people that are owners or renters at ODM, are some of the best people that I have ever met. Always a good morning or good day and always very open to any questions that we may have had, as to ODM or the surrounding Cabarete area. The local Dominican's are again very friendly and helpful a real bonus to making for a very successful vacation. We will definitely be coming back for another visit.

They fumigated (which is understandable and I was warned about that) and there were some obvious cockroaches on the floor. Very good location, shops and restaurants and beach nearby. There was a misunderstanding perhaps of my questions but everything was resolved magnificently

This place is amazing with all the items you may need. I appreciate the fact there were plenty of towels and toilet paper lol. I said this because most places only supply 1 roll of paper. The only thing we had to purchase was food and there were more than enough dishes and pots and pans to cook whatever we wanted

I had a wonderful 2 week stay. The apartment was clean and had everything I needed. It was in a great location, a short walk to the beach, restaurants and shopping.

Excellent accommodation in the Procab area, it has everything, comfort, privacy, security... Excellent value for money

It's really a lovely paradise. It's a sweet hotel room style place with a kitchenette, the balcony overlooks the pool and the ocean. The building is right by the main street. This makes it very convenient to get to things and to find, and yet it's still quiet. What you hear is the ocean singing day and night, so enjoyable. The restaurant's food is also really good. among the best in the area and it's right downstairs. Daret and the staff were very nice and responsive. There were a few things I needed and a miscommunication and they were handled quickly and with grace. To me, nothing tells you more than how a person handles a difficult moment and Daret handled every little thing perfectly. All my friends will be staying here in the future. One last thing: Daret picked my brain for any little thing I could think of to make the place EVEN better. It was hard to come up with honestly, and yet you're sure to enter an even better place than I did. What a great host.

From the beginning Donny and David were excellent communicators. Their place is beautiful. The location and the view are magical. If you’re lucky enough to stay at their condo you will know what I mean.

Right on the beach in Cabarete this place was great. The place smells really good when you come in and they stock the place up with everything you need. Would recommend if you’re looking to stay in Cabarete.

Excellent apartment with a spectacular location. Right in front of the beach, it gives you the feeling and tranquility you are looking for when you want something close to the sea. Just as careful as in the photos, without any unpleasant surprises. Ms. Fanny was very attentive and timely in responding to any concerns. I will surely return.

We could not have asked for a better week. You really feel a sense of community staying here. Everyone that we encountered was so friendly and engaging. The condo itself was perfect. Walkable to two restaurants right on the beach in either direction and an easy drive down to the main grocery. This is my third time in Cabarete in less than a year and this has honestly been my favorite place that I have stayed. Alexander is awesome! Helpful and responsive right when you need him! I will definitely be back!

had a lovely stay at this Airbnb, the space was clean, well-located, and very comfortable overall. The host was responsive and helpful throughout the process. Just a few small things to note: there was a bit of humidity on the roof, there wasn’t an iron available, and the windows on the bedrooms don’t have blackout curtains, so it gets quite bright in the morning if you’re used to sleeping in a darker room. Other than that, everything was great and I would definitely consider staying again!

Beautiful two story apartment with 2 balconies and amazing ocean views. Everything as described. Also had the huge infinity pool to ourselves. Highly recommended. Would definitely stay again. Thank you

This place is a dream. We love everything about it. The kitchen is fully stocked, the couch and bed are very comfortable. The couch on the balcony is perfect to relax and enjoy the morning coffee. Having the washer and dryer really helped with all the wet bathing suits, towels and dirty clothes we had. We would def stay here again if we are in the area.

Where do I start? This place is beautiful! Fairly walkable to the supermarket and to nearby Restaurants. The pool was clean and it is walking distance from both sosua beach and playa Alicia. The view was absolutely stunning, hearing the waves every evening and enjoying the view every morning and during sunset was an amazing experience. The host was responsive to our needs and we felt safe and cared for. I would stay here again.
