We loved this villa! The villa was beautiful and clean as described. This place has AC units in all of the bedrooms rooms but it would be nice if an AC unit was added to the family room/kitchen area as well. It wasn't that big of a deal because the AC units in the bedrooms somewhat helps cool down the living room and kitchen. I would definitely stay at this villa again! The pool was a perfect size for the villa. The landscaping was amazing! All of the staff was amazing! It would also be nice if pool towels were provided instead of using your shower towels. I am sure that we could have asked for extras but we never did. We had an issue with one of the upstairs showerheads and it was fixed within minutes by the maintenance team. The villa had hot water so taking a shower was nice and comfortable. I felt very safe in this villa given it's location and the kindness of the security team. Once again, I would definitely stay here again and we enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful home in a great location. About 5-7 min away from everything and there are 2 restaurants within the community. Short walk to the beach which was beautiful

The house is truly a complete house in every sense of the word, it is super equipped, it has everything, it is the ideal place to go with your family or a quiet getaway as a couple, the owner is always online, very attentive and courteous at all times. This will truly be my family meeting point every time I visit Puerto Plata I recommend it 100%

Arianna, the cohost, went above and beyond to make our experience smooth and enjoyable. She was extremely responsive via text and welcomed my friend and me with kindness and professionalism. She took the time to give us a quick tour of the property, answered all our questions, and even recommended some amazing local spots for dining, entertainment, and sightseeing. Thanks to her hospitality and the overall serenity of the location, our trip exceeded expectations. I’m already looking forward to my next visit—I would love to return!

This place was way more than what I wished It would be . It’s so raw , totally surrounded by nature , perfect for me because I needed a real get away from everything, the urban noises, somewhere I could feel like in my village back home in Africa. If you’re a sounds of nature lover , you’re gonna enjoy listening to trees rubbing on each other when it gets windy , and the birds singing. Your stay will feel a lot like a camping retreat . If you mind the insects, not having a tv , being far from stores and restaurants; you’re probably gonna run away .

Jaay was the best host I ever had in Airbnb. Our experience was SHOCKINGLY amazing. Great communication, It was everything I was expecting and more. From the location to the accomodations, Martina's house is spectacular. It comfortably fit our family of 8 and served as the perfect backdrop to a memorable family vacation! We struggled to find the house at first, since we arrived at night in pouring rain and poor visibility, but Apolinar was incredibly responsive and guided us to where we needed to be. So grateful for him! The location is safe and secure, steps away from the beach, and central to kite surfing schools, delicious restaurants, and more. The house is very comfortable and welcoming, WiFi was strong, and kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with thoughtful touches. We felt right at home. We highly recommend booking Martina's place!

From when I booked months prior to checking in and checking out Bianca’s suggestions on the area and her attention to detail of my interests is what made my vacation for my wife and I. I cannot wait until I have a chance to return to her Loft. If you were to book a stay here I would suggest mapping a transportation plan as it was pricey (at least for me) to get around outside of the community and hit Sosua, Puerta Plata or Cabarete. Drivers Maximo and Anthony were also a highlight of ours because of their knowledge of the area and their humor. Would definitely recommend a stay here for sure!
