highly recommend this place, exactly as pictured and described. the apartment is located in a shared villa so you will be sharing space with others, including the pool. it is also located up a dirt road, but still in a good location because it isn’t far up the road and there is a small store/colmado directly outside of the apartment. both the pool and apartment are beautiful and i would stay here again. host was very responsive and helpful always.

We have stayed in Las Terrenas many many times. This is easily the best place we’ve stayed. The fact that there was hot water alone made this place amazing (it’s normal to not have hot water most times in DR) the place was in PERFECT position to downtown but still off the Main Street enough to have your own space and quiet. Beds were so comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked and water jugs were ready for us. We really loved this villa and we would stay here every time we come! Thank you so much for having us:)

This was my first Airbnb experience in Santo Domingo, and it honestly set the bar high. The space was beautiful, clean, and felt like a peaceful retreat in the middle of the city. Really nice apartament on the 7th (top) floor. I found the apartment to be very comfortable with air-conditioning in all living areas. One parking spot in the garage with opener upon check-in. I found the beds to be very comfortable and everything super clean. The second bedroom as well as the jacuzzi is up the stairs, so be prepared. Great stay overall.

Incredible place with everything you need for a long stay. The apartment is super comfortable and modern, worthy of a high-end hotel. The pool area is fascinating, everything is very beautiful and very close to the public beach of Dominicus, souvenir shops and groceries. I would definitely be back!!!

Worth every penny. Not ashamed yo say this is not my first time staying here and def wont be my last., Everything is close and plenty to do walking distance. Very secure building with helpful staff including hosts. Private large terrace with a nice jacuzzi to enjoy the great view is all i needed. Trust me and just rent it you’ll agree and then some! Enjoy

I’ve been around a bit. No, that’s too modest. I’ve been around a lot. Harold’s Penthouse (my personal name for it) is among the best. Very spacious, lots of lot and all the amenities. You can tell when someone puts love in a place. I can live in a cave (I wouldn’t give a cave a great review), so I am good with sleeping in a dry spot. With that, what’s important to me is how my guests faired. They loved it. I did too. If you plan a trip to Boca Chica, step out a bit farther to Dolio. You will not be disappointed. Thanks Harold for the use. And thank you Israel (on site man). He was veeeeery thorough with the explanations of the where and when. Check it out if you plan to stay in the area.
