Clean, spacious, easy parking (we left the vehicle just below) and with a huge balcony overlooking the sea from its right. We visited it in March so we couldn't enjoy the extra amenities offered during the warm months without removing anything from the experience. Its large living room over the supervision of Pythia is ideal for a large group and its rooms, large and bright, for quiet rest. The service was immediate in everything we needed and the welcome definition of hospitality. Thank you for everything, Mr. Panayiotis, and I will see you again.

Φανταστικό! The apartment had everything we needed and more. We loved sitting on the balcony, viewing the sea and drinking nescafe. The location was perfect for easily walking anyplace in Itea. And one of the nicest areas of Itea. The best base for easy traveling to many attractions. I think, however, it would be helpful to know in advance that there are two flights of stairs to climb to get to the second floor. I realize the future plan is to install an elevator, but I think this is extremely important infomation. The only things I didn't find in the apartment were some ajax and windex for cleaning the bathroom/kitchen. (We were there for 10 days.

It was a last minute decision to spend one day and night in Itea during our road trip. We now wish it was longer. We fell in love with Itea at first sight. And Efi’s place…I can’t describe with words. It was very easy to find and park. Unloading and unpacking was super fast as there was a very large elevator. The flat was clean and tidy. All the small details and tiny gifts made us happy. And the view in the balcony… it’s beyond words… We spent the whole afternoon and evening, and even some of the next morning on the beach right next to the house, so I can’t say much about the restaurants but it was super easy to find nice supermarkets to cook and eat. I stayed here for two nights during my visit to Delphi. It’s located right by the beach, with walking access to restaurants and stores, and just a 20-minute drive to Delphi. A lovely little beach town! Kostas, the host, was great. The place was perfect for me—had everything I needed. I’m very happy I stayed here!
