Monthly Rentals in Kinta District

This was my second time staying at Chong's house (9th - 14th June 2025), and once again, it was a great experience. The house is very clean, well-maintained, and exactly as shown in the pictures. It’s conveniently located with easy access to anywhere in Ipoh by car. Highly recommended! Chong was very responsive and promptly answered all our questions. During my previous stay, the water dispenser was the standard filter type. I was pleasantly surprised this time to see that it has been upgraded to a Coway water dispenser — much more convenient and user-friendly! Special thanks to Senior Uncle Chong (Chong’s father), who is always warm, friendly, and caring. I truly enjoy our conversations — they are one of the highlights of my stay. It’s been a pleasure getting to know him, especially with him staying just next door to Chong’s house. I strongly recommend this place to anyone visiting Ipoh. It will definitely be my top choice again for future trips!

We had a fantastic stay at this homestay! Everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The place was well-equipped, spacious, and perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring Ipoh. The host was friendly, responsive, and made us feel very welcome. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

The owner is very friendly, and his property very comfortable to stay. Anyone bringing children is a suitable place for all. Cleanness of the house is very good.
