Barn holiday rentals in King's Lynn and West Norfolk

Helen is an excellent host - very responsive and flexible. It was a weekend away with my family and mother, and she put an extra futon down in our room for our child - at no extra cost. The barn is very well equipped and we had everything we needed. Parking for two cars as well. Stunning views from the Juliet balcony upstairs and ideally placed for our visit to the opera at Snape Maltings one mile away. If we return, we’d happily stay here again.

Everything as Advertised and More. Julie has provided Everything you would need for your stay. We used Willow Farm Barn as base to explore Norfolk. We were never more than an hour away from anywhere we wanted to visit. The barn is clean, tidy, quiet, and has everything you need. Comfortable bed, great shower/bath, fully equipped kitchen, TV, and WiFi. Julie's welcome pack was a nice addition with milk, coffee,tea, cereal, and much more. There are plenty of places locally to eat and shops were never more than a short drive away. I'd highly recommend staying at Willow Farm Barn and we have already decided to stay again next year.

Chris and Melissa were perfect hosts. With a very friendly welcome it was nice to meet them as they were away on our last visit. Georgie their sweet dog was very happy to see us and our dog too. The barn is a real sanctuary and beautifully furnished with the best kitchen. Garden is shared with a private corner too. Our dog could wander where he liked as did Georgie. Thanks will return again.

it was amazing place to stay johanna and chris where very helpful. the barn was very clean and tidy and the area around the barn was nice and peaceful. we went to some amazing place e.g Sheringham, Hunstanton and wells next the sea. we would highly recommended this place if you are looking for a peaceful time away.

Our second stay and we are already planning our third. Sally is a fantastic host and very responsive. The place is fantastic, clean, spacious and still cosy. Best Airbnb by a long stretch.

The property definitely ticked all the boxes for us. We were staying for a wedding in the village. Having the pub across the road was a bonus as we didn’t really want to cater for ourselves other than breakfast and the church was only 200m away. The beds were all very comfortable and the en-suite bathrooms most convenient. Two had good showers and the third a bath with a bath/shower mixer tap. We didn’t need the fourth bedroom but had we done, although it didn’t have an en-suite bathroom, it did have exclusive night time use of a cloakroom next door to it. It was positioned away from all the other bedrooms so it was as good as being en-suite for night time use and of course there were still three bathrooms to use for showering or bathing, so not really a game changer if four beds were needed.

Loved our stay here The Granary was well equipped with attention to detail being very evident, we felt instantly comfortable and at home there. It was incredibly peaceful with amazing views and lovely places to walk and enjoy the surroundings. We found a fabulous restaurant with excellent service and very tasty food. A truly perfect place to spend a couple of days, a big thank you to Rebecca and Joe for allowing us to stay there

We had a great stay here, the place was perfect for a large group, it had everything we needed and more and set in a beautiful location

We had a lovely few days at Betsey Trotwood, the bed was so comfy we slept really well. The accommodation was perfect, and Bella our dog enjoyed the back courtyard. The information folder which Matt and Michaela had put together was very useful, it helped us to decide where to visit, plenty of very nice pubs which served high standard food close by.

This is a nice barn conversion with a lovely garden, which our dog enjoyed very much. The house is easily accessible by car yet peaceful and secluded once inside of the gate. As a keen home cook I loved the large, well-equipped island kitchen, too. Chris gave us clear instructions about the house, and his detailed local guide was very helpful. We loved meeting his super-friendly doggie, too!

We had a lovely stay and it was exactly what we wanted, in a fab location and very peaceful and private. The place was perfect for my husband and baby. It was very clean and had all the essentials. We only wished we could have stayed for longer!

Back again to the delightful MPC. This is such a tranquil, relaxing place to stay when visiting the area. A must stay if you’re travelling in Suffolk. Lizzy is a fabulous host and always leaves a welcome present (chocolate chip cookies). All the facilities you will need and access to Netflix etc. Thanks again …back to visit soon!

The Barn is fantastic! High end luxurious quality to everything along with very comfy beds! Everything you could want is supplied and more! Beautiful peaceful location with views to die for and so lovely to sit outside in the evenings chilling. Recommend visits to Lincolnshire Aviatiin Heritage Museum, Woodhall Spa, Gunby Hall and Skegness ( all no more than half an hour away) Good food at The Admiral Rodney Hotel , Horncastle, George & Dragon Hamworthingham and The Leagate Inn, Coningsby.

Our stay was peaceful in tranquil surroundings. The cottage was well equipped with quality furnishings and beds very comfortable. One of our party was in the process of recovering from illness, and after a few days began to feel so much better and by the end of the stay had the best sleep since his diagnosis. Beautiful garden, patio and area. The White horse inn nearby was great for a pint and food if you didn’t want to cook. Central to many attractions in Norfolk.

We have returned from an idyllic stay at this breathtaking barn. Every nook and cranny is decorated with beautiful antiques, artwork and musical instruments and the setting is wonderfully private with the bonus of chickens and sheep on the doorstep. The property is very charming, with the advantage of a sauna to relax in. We used this both nights during our stay and played relaxing music through the bluetooth speaker which made it feel like a spa retreat! The quayside is just across the road and a small convenience store selling essentials literally a few steps away. We walked to two of the local pubs (5 min walk away) and had some nice food outside as we were blessed with the weather. We spent a day in Southwold and visited Beccles during our stay, both a short 20 min drive away. Andy and Katherine are both so friendly and accommodating and we’d love to stay again soon. This was the 2nd time we stayed at Little Tern and we loved it just as much as the first time. Little Tern is a lovely property and perfect for us as just a ten minute walk to the beach. It is a homely property and has everything you need. It’s lovely and clean and plenty of space. Great bathrooms and great bedrooms. We can’t wait to come back again and stay.

We returned to this accomodation after staying in it a couple of years ago as we really appreciated the flexible check in and how beautiful the location/ barn were. Extremely peaceful area and very clear instructions on how to find/ get in - would highly recommend.

My third stay in this beautiful barn and once again everything was perfect. The large totally secure garden space is such a bonus for the dogs. Jonathan always communicates promptly and is very helpful. I saw a little owl in the garden this time which was the icing on the cake. I totally recommend this peaceful place surrounded by glorious farmland.

Lovely accommodation on a beautiful estate. We really appreciated all the littles touches that made our stay very comfortable.

We stayed here for 2 nights and we had such a lovely stay! We took a day trip to Norwich (15 mins away) and visited the local pub, The Kings Head, which did the best Sunday roast! The apartment was super clean, well equipped and the decor was quirky and elegant. We particularly liked the outdoor area where we could enjoy our coffee and breakfast in the morning😊the surroundings were so quiet which made our stay so peaceful and relaxing. The bed was super comfy and spacious and we really enjoyed the wide variety of games. Great communication from the hosts too! We wish we had longer here!
