Monthly Rentals in King's Heath

I had a great stay overall. The setup is ideal for privacy (you are completely separate from the main house, with easy access via a side gate). The guest house itself is surprisingly spacious (not always a guarantee) and sits in a beautiful garden. Temperature control was easily achieved with blinds drawn, open windows, and a small fan during the warm weather. Shower pressure and water temperature were excellent (even though I couldn't find the on/off switch at first). Wi-fi was fast and reliable. The best part of the experience was all the amenities included (coffee, tea, fresh milk in the fridge, shower gel and shampoo). Location-wise, Moseley is a peaceful suburb with some nice restaurants and shops nearby and easy access to the city by bus (even easier if you have a car). Amjid was nice to talk to when we met a few days in. I would definitely stay here again!

A return visit as this is a lovely comfortable place with all you need for a great little stay.. Superb shower as you take in the view! Very comfortable bed and great little kitchenette to do some cooking. Moseley is a quick ten minutes walk. Recommended

This was a lovely apartment that was a great space to relax. It was light, airy, peaceful and clean, and there were basic essentials e.g. towels, tea, coffee that was useful. The host was communicative and responded quickly, although I only called once to sort out an issue with the tv. They called me back asap. I would stay again if needed.
