Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Kill Devil Hills

We had a great mother/daughter stay at Pier-a-Vida! The place was so comfortable and cutely decorated; spotless upon arrival. Everything we’d need for a fun beach stay—beach towels, chairs, bikes, outdoor space for eating/hanging out; comfortable beds and a welcome starter set that was so thoughtful. We loved the closeness to beach (parking pass!) and that it was walkable to the bay—sunsets!! Would definitely come back! It’s a fun area, lots to do and the hosts (Teresa and John) were thoughtful and responsive.

Dana and her co Host was amazing we had the best few days of vacation possible in the outer banks 100% recommend Dana’s place we will for sure be back next year and anytime we go to obx !

Travis had a nice clean place felt like home away from home. Easy walking distance to a lot of stuff. Easy an quick access to the beach. Definitely would come back again.

Megan and Shane went above and beyond to resolve any issues we had with the stay. They were awesome hosts and the place was perfect as well. Will definitely book with them again if I’m ever in the area again!

My dog and I spent a relaxing week at Lidia's place. The house was clean and comfortable, and we had everything we needed. I particularly enjoyed sitting on the swing in the fenced-in backyard while my dog lounged in the sun. Looking forward to a return trip!

Our family had a great vacation. The house was beautiful with plenty of rooms and bathrooms for all of us!! The house is private but very close to the beach, dunes, restaurants and shops. Would definitely love to visit again!

We had such an amazing time here! She was quick to respond and the place was beautiful! The backyard was perfect for our toddler to play in and I really appreciated that there was a baby gate for upstairs. We will definitely be coming back!

Shelli's place was perfect for what we needed- a quick get away with our pooch! Everything smelled clean on arrival & we definitely had our privacy while we were there. The outdoor shower was perfect after a windy sand blasted day at the beach! Thank you for your flexibility on check in & check out!

The house was in a great location. You could walk to the beach and some restaurants . We enjoyed sitting on the top Deck, you could see the ocean. The house was very clean and well equipped. We also like the fact that we could have our little Maltese with us . We had a great time . Would definitely come back.

We had a lovely long weekend despite cloudy weather and some rain. Location was ideal and close to what we wanted to do. Definitely would return again!

It was enjoyable to be able to have friends stay with us and have room for everyone. The backyard is amazing and the kids enjoyed the pool. The hot tub was great for the adults to hangout and relax.

We absolutely love this house situated in the perfect location to enjoy all the Outer Banks has to offer. We love that everything is on a single level which is easy to get around for those of us with sore bones haha. Everything about this house is as advertised and the hosts are amazing!

Super comfortable beds and Great location! Closer to the sound side. Great for walking. Very safe location as well. My favorite part of the house was the crows nest. Great place to sit and enjoy the sun and the breeze. It was near a lot of convenient stores like target and Publix. The rental itself was fully stocked for cooking with lots of seasonings which is appreciated. We really enjoyed our stay.

Perfect place for family time! My family plus dog enjoyed our stay very much. The house looks just like the pictures provided, we enjoyed morning breakfast on the back screened in porch and fun filled afternoons kayaking and laying out on the back dock. The house was clean and very well maintained. We enjoyed our stayed so much we will definitely be back.

Nadia’s place was such a nice place to just getaway and relax. Walking distance from the beach and quiet! Would definitely recommend! Nadia had great attention to detail and was very nice. Great host! Also, if you stay here- make sure you go grab at burger at Jack Browns. We went both days 🤣

Perfect location to explore up and down OBX! Quieter than Nags Head and close to Kitty Hawk. Small space but had everything I needed: a bed, couch, kitchen with pots and dishes, clean bathroom, good water pressure in the shower and water stays hot. Washer/dryer but my detergent and dryer sheets were packed too deep in my car so didn’t end up doing laundry. A “need to know” for my fellow dog people: the studio unit is attached to another 1-2 units (shares a wall) and shares an open backyard. Wasn’t an issue for us, just a little barking from the other dog, but wanted to share in case it’s important for your dog, as I’m sure it is for many. Also, watch out for sand spurs in the yard. 10/10 would stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at Tara’s place in Kill Devil Hills! Location is centrally located in the Outer Banks so was very convenient for us as we explored the area. We were able to walk to the beach easily in the morning to catch the sunrise and take our dog for a walk. Place was clean, tidy, and well furnished.

Our family had a great time at this very dog and kid friendly home. Our furr baby ran around the yard and had a great time playing in the sand pile. I don't know if that is temporary as the fence just went up, but the kids really enjoyed that feature too. The kids are already asking when we can go back and want to stay it this house again. This was my second time staying with Jason and his family. It just felt like my home away from home. I will continue to book their place as long as they are willing to have my pup and I! Thanks for a great stay!

Loved this spot! Perfect distance from the beach (like a 5 min walk if that) via a path right outside your door. Condo was clean, comfortable, and felt very homey. Hosts were super cool and flexible which was also very appreciated. If you’re considering staying here, DO IT! Quiet cozy condo
