“Tim's place is exceptional value for money. The price points can be quite high around this area but Tim's place is well thought out, has everything you need and is a stones throw to the beach for a very good price.”

“So comfortable and easy to enjoy a great family break, wander to a delightful swimming and paddling beach and easily get to all places on the island. Peter was so helpful with all questions and provided all the gadgets in the kitchen for this foodie! The extra lounge area was brilliant for us to relax while the kids enjoyed games and tv. Loved the wood fire heater! Everyone enjoyed the area and the house!”

“Gavan’s place was right by Surfers beach and a beautiful lookout point. It was clean, cozy, and quiet. Gavan and his wife, though we didn’t have too much interaction with either of them, were both warm and welcoming. They have a book with all the information you need about things to do and places to eat on Phillip Island. We had a lovely one night stay, definitely would recommend.”
