Monthly Rentals in Khotyanivka

We've stayed in the apartment for two months and it felt like a home. Groceries, restaurants, metro — all were very close to the place. We've stayed during the autumn and winter, so sometimes it was pretty chilly in the apartment. But since the central heating was on, it became fine. The nearest shelter is a bookshop, which is approximately 300 m from the apartment. Wifi is fast and apartment has everything that you might need even for the long term stay.

The place fully matches the photos, it was warm and cozy. Serhii is a pleasant person in communication and showed everything you need at check-in, told about the nearest shops, stops for convenience. Value for money 10/10. Thank you so much!

Everything corresponds to the description and photos, very high quality for the money. There was no hot water - we figured it out - the boiler needs to be turned on (not just plugged in, but the power button in the middle needs to be pressed)
