We had a wonderful time in this homestay. If you want to have a unique experience to see the backwater, this is the right place. Manu is a great host, we enjoyed the chats and were grateful for the tips. Our highlights were definitely the morning boat trip with Manu's father, who showed us all kinds of birds, and the bike tour through the small villages. The food is also highly recommended. We even got a few cooking tips for home. Thanks for everything, I’ll be back :)

The homestay was soo great and very nice the hospitality so good. As a girl i came singly it is so secure and well behavior with guests.Overall, it's a great choice for a budget-friendly and authentic stay.

It was great experience. We checked in late in night and Steffy and the caretaker were always responsive and coordinated really well. The property was clean and well connected with boating location. Overall amazing experience.

He arranged bicycles for us to explore the nearby town and also organized a serene early morning boat ride through the peaceful backwaters, which was a highlight of our trip. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing escape from the hustle and bustle of city life.

Sam was a wonderful host - he gave lots of helpful recommendations including restaurants and cultural activities. Very comfortable and clean room. Delicious Sri Lankan breakfast. Peaceful neighbourhood with lots of delicious restaurants in walking distance. Only thing is that there is no AC which may be a bit too hot with just the fan later in the year, but otherwise it was perfect!

Every need was promptly attended to, whether it was an extra blanket or fresh towels, ensuring our comfort throughout. The thoughtful attention to detail made the experience wholesome and memorable. The only feedback we have is that having an additional functional bathroom would add even more to the overall comfort.

If you are looking for a peaceful and calm stay in Ooty, this is the spot to go. The service and cleanliness of the rooms were good. If you're coming from Ooty city, take the Lovedale station road to get here. Breakfast can be enhanced by adding more options.

I stayed at KuMo Lite in Ooty and had a wonderful time. The room is small, cozy, and a bit tucked away from the others, which made it feel really peaceful. It has a beautiful view right outside the door and window—such a nice way to start the day. The property is surrounded by trees, flowers, and even a small tea plantation. There are benches around where you can sit, relax, and enjoy the quiet. The terrace has a bench with stunning views of the hills, and there’s a lovely common area to hang out with your group. The caretakers were so kind and made amazing breakfasts. Overall, a super relaxing and refreshing stay. Highly recommend if you're looking for a peaceful spot in Ooty!

Wonderful stay with my family and beautiful scenery surroundings. Great place place to spend quality private time in Kotagiri. The home cooked food was delicious and must try pallipalayam chicken & fish curry. Host and manager very helpful during my stays.

This place is located at a beautiful place. The rooms are spacious and tidy. The hospitality from the host was excellent.

Everything was extremely good, the place is good, just the food is a problem if it rains, and the housekeeping staff can do better, we had to ask milk, cups multiple times. That's the only thing, otherwise the place is really beautiful cozy and clean. It has a fireplace too, it's chargeable but worth it .

A lovely quaint bungalow nestled in the heart of the forest. Perfect for big group getaways and ideal for a long ride. The place has ten bunkers beds and a ton of space on the 1st floor and is clean and well kept. Two nice boys who you'd barely see cook some hot authentic Mallu food and take care there is nothing left to want with some good fish and chicken served piping hot. They even arranged extra meat for us on request at a very minimal cost. We were 14 of us and Doctor gladly gave us the ground floor too so we would be more comfortable and refused to charge us extra even when we asked him a couple of times if we need to pay extra and that thoughtfulness is a rarity nowadays where everyone looks for a bargain.
