Holiday rentals with a pool in Kerala

How can I even put into words how great our stay was? My friend and I stayed with Deepu and Christine in Anya's place for a month, and during that month we felt like we became part of the family. The annex is completely private and so spacious, the roof terrace is a particular highlight in the evenings. The bed is extremely comfortable, and the kitchen has everything you could possibly need. It was immaculately clean. The breakfast deserves it's own songs, we felt so lucky to experience a huge variety of authentic and delicious home cooked Kerala breakfast, with coffee and delicious juices, in the beautiful dining room. Deepu and Christine are some of the most open hearted, generous, and kind spirited people I've ever met, and our heartfelt conversations will forever stay with me. Anything at all that we wanted, Deepu was ready to help, from local recommendations to help booking trips. I can't recommend this place enough and I will treasure our time there forever.

The Place was just as described. It is very cosy place with good view of the city and a beautiful sunset. Varghese was a good host and arranged for everything in advance. Caretaker Ramesh was kind and was there to help any concerns if needed. Overall it was a good place.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful private villa. The place was exactly as describe, perfect for a relaxing getaway. One of the highlights was the stunning living room with a fully openable wall that overlooked the river and garden - like an indoor-outdoor lounge. It created a seamless connection with nature and was simply breathtaking. The 3BHK villa was spacious, clean, and came with a lovely pool. The caretaker and the chechi who stayed on-site to help with housekeeping and preparing quick meals were courteous and helpful, making our stay all the more comfortable. The location was serene and peaceful - ideal for unwinding.

Best place to stay with family! The property had all the amenities that you wanted for a family stay! The property was beautiful and clean and accessible!! 200% recommended. Yoosuf was very responsive and guided us with at most care to book and check into the property!

Blue Cove Villa is a great place to stay. Very homely and comfortable. The rooms are cozy and clean. Bathrooms are well equipped with good plumbing and hot water. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to have a good dining experience. The plunge pool and outdoor space is tastefully designed. The staff are extremely helpful and accommodating. The host will make sure you will enjoy your experience at the be villa and surrounding areas.

Great house, got everything what you need. Super clean, 3 air conditioned bedrooms, washer, dryer, full equipped kitchen, microwave, toaster, hot and cold water, refrigerator, safe, tv, high speed internet, bathtub, swimming pool, car parking and plenty of space to hang around. And the best thing is the host, Shino. He is always ready to help anytime. Actually I felt like I was staying at my brother's house. Very very nice people. Really enjoyed my one week stay. We took a private pool cottage with two bedrooms for our family of 5 including two kids. The cottage was neat, private and the pool was the right size for the kids. The pool was also maintained well. The food was homely and tasty and was reasonable price. There was a small water fall and a stream inside the property. They are still developing the property and it would have been nice to have. a small hike in the property with pathways through the cardamom plantations. They gave coupons for us to the nearby vagamon heights adventure park which was also great and did some activities there Vipin , the caretaker was always available on phone. He was very pleasant and always ready to help with all our needs. A great place for a family vacation

This apartment was absolutely perfect for my stay! The space was not only comfortable but also an excellent work environment. As someone who needed to work remotely during my stay, I appreciated the comfortable setup that made working easy and productive. What really stood out was the host's exceptional responsiveness. Whenever I had questions or needed anything, they were incredibly quick to reply and always helpful. Their attentiveness made my entire experience smooth and stress-free. The apartment itself was lovely and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Stayed at the flat for 2 weeks-We had a great time, clean, safe, nice ambience. Host responded immediately every time we had a question or concern. Overall it was a great experience.

perfect it its. The host was cordial and welcoming to the place. He communicated every instruction in detail one day prior to the arrival- it made the entry seamlessly easy. the security at the entrance was very friendly in recieving us . The flat had good lift connnectivity. close to the elevator is the flat. 1. All white interiors are calm and relaxing and at the same time gives a luxury feeling. 2. well equipped kitchen- 3. had all the necessary mops in the toilets. 4. Had 2 toilets- something that was very helpful. 5. visiting guests had to get pass from the security - the host made the procedure so simple and i have to say, he responded swiftly and made sure that my guests were comfotably allowed into the apartments. 6. The SHop in the level -4 - OMG - it has everything- milk, batter, rice, wheat, millets, vegetables, fruits, tea stall, juice stall, almost everything for a family s day to day need- and that too - home delivery- Long story short. superb stay.

It has all the amenities listed, I enjoyed my stay, it close to restaurants, I like one of the restaurants Imperial kitchen, it is 500 meters away.

A great location overlooking the backwaters, a thoughtfully done penthouse with a fully equipped kitchen and a helpful, responsive host. We really enjoyed our time here!

We came to Kochi for treatment and stayed here for a month. The apartment is well furnished with good facilities. The extended spacious balcony provides a great view of the surrounding city. Well-maintained kitchen and bathrooms, comfortably designed bedrooms made our family's stay quite comfortable. The apartment complex has friendly security, staff and other facilities like swimming pool, Jacuzzi, okay area and games. Our kid had a good time here and that was important for us ☺️. The place is easily connected and close to main points in Kochi - Lulu, Oberon, Metro, Amrita, Aster, etc. and good online delivery serviceability. Overall it was a great place to live for vacation. but there were some real pros and cons about it. pros : clean property and clean bathroom, clean towel and kitchen, very near to IT campus so there were a lot of restaurants and activities nearby, centre to famous beach spots , varkala, jatayu earth center cons : no drinking water provided we have to buy on our own, road to property is under construction so inconvenience to cabs and taxis overall a great place to spend time with family or friends. recommended if okay with the cons.
