This was one of the best stays we've ever had. Mr. Deepu is very passionate about the homestay, and it really shows. The house was super clean and very well maintained. It’s a beautiful villa with all the necessary amenities. The host was extremely welcoming and friendly, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The place is super peaceful and refreshing, surrounded by a nutmeg plantation. The food was delicious and made with great care. We also enjoyed the lovely outdoor spaces it was perfect for relaxing. Outdoor Dining in between the planation is the highlight We truly didn’t feel like leaving! Coming Back Again

How can I even put into words how great our stay was? My friend and I stayed with Deepu and Christine in Anya's place for a month, and during that month we felt like we became part of the family. The annex is completely private and so spacious, the roof terrace is a particular highlight in the evenings. The bed is extremely comfortable, and the kitchen has everything you could possibly need. It was immaculately clean. The breakfast deserves it's own songs, we felt so lucky to experience a huge variety of authentic and delicious home cooked Kerala breakfast, with coffee and delicious juices, in the beautiful dining room. Deepu and Christine are some of the most open hearted, generous, and kind spirited people I've ever met, and our heartfelt conversations will forever stay with me. Anything at all that we wanted, Deepu was ready to help, from local recommendations to help booking trips. I can't recommend this place enough and I will treasure our time there forever.

Amazing experience at the Nilgiris! We loved our stay at Thakur Cottage and really enjoyed the hospitality of the host and the staff at the property. Some key highlights: - The view of the place is breathtaking and gave us a really serene and calm feeling away from the city hustle bustle - ⁠The different view points and seating spaces were well appointed and add to the comfort of being in the cottage - ⁠The place is quite well maintained and spacious for a family to have a relaxing stay - ⁠The parking space was ample and the beds were comfortable - ⁠Suresh and Suganthi really add to the overall experience with their prompt service and delicious homely preparations - my parents and wife were mighty impressed with their cooking and warmth in behaviour Overall I was very happy with the trip. Would definitely like to return at some point in the future 😄

The place is exactly how it is described all the pictures match the description. The care taker and the host Venu are very proactive and respond quickly. Everything was great and peaceful. One thing people have to keep in mind is, as it’s remote place on the river side commuting frequently like we do on the roads is not possible. You have to inform the boat people in advance to get on the roads from stay.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Parudeesa! As a large family group comprising parents, aunts, uncles, and infants, Parudeesa offered more than enough space and comfort for our family of 11! Our communication with Jack, the host, was seamless. Despite being outside the country, he constantly checked in on us, ensuring everything ran smoothly! The space was both luxurious and traditional, exceptionally well-managed by Priscilla, the wonderful manager, with whom we shared many engaging conversations. There were so many unique corners and thoughtful touches to discover! As for the rooms and furnishings, they were really comfortable and spacious! The massage therapy sessions were the highlight, providing a relaxing and rejuvenating experience for all of us! Almost everyone, across different age groups, participated in these sessions, and we truly cherished them! I highly recommend Parudeesa to anyone looking for a short or long stays, as the space has sooooooooo much to offer!

Very nice place close to the Varkala cliff. Sujeesh waited for me at the helipad, and was extremely friendly. The place is adjacent to the helipad - which is a prime location in Varkala. You can take a promenade in the evening and explore the local markets, restaurants, and the beach, which are very close by. Janardhana Swamy temple (which is a 2000 years old Hindu temple) is just walkable distance from this place. You would be able to find many adventure sports also nearby. Overall a good experience.

It was a fantastic and authentic experience. We saw some mace being harvested and my wife was so amazed. Thank you for making the provision of the cooker. We didn't get to use it as luckily the food my wife made and brought was alright when we reached. The stay was very comfortable and the Bhaiyas were very helpful. I would literally say Don’t judge a book by its cover. When we first saw the surrounding and location we never thought that it would meet our expectations but I would like to correct my statement when we saw the interior. Spacious interior, Well responsive team, Flexible check- in and check out arrangements. A special five star for how neat and tidy the place was. The only recommendation I would suggest is that they could extend the pool a little bit longer, other than that me and my friends enjoyed staying there and had such a blast having fun especially on the indoor gaming space. I would highly recommend to anyone who wants to spend some quality time with either friends or family.

I felt right at home staying at this property. It was very aesthetic yet functional. The place had all necessary amenities and was located bang in the center of the city. It had access to cool cafes and restaurants. I loved the green cover within and outside the building. Overall it was a very pleasant and a calming stay. The hosts were very friendly and responsive. We came to Kochi for treatment and stayed here for a month. The apartment is well furnished with good facilities. The extended spacious balcony provides a great view of the surrounding city. Well-maintained kitchen and bathrooms, comfortably designed bedrooms made our family's stay quite comfortable. The apartment complex has friendly security, staff and other facilities like swimming pool, Jacuzzi, okay area and games. Our kid had a good time here and that was important for us ☺️. The place is easily connected and close to main points in Kochi - Lulu, Oberon, Metro, Amrita, Aster, etc. and good online delivery serviceability. Terry's place is great. It's spacious, with plenty of room to spread out. The views of the surrounding area are excellent, and are best enjoyed with a coffee on the balcony. The apartment is quiet and private. There's a large TV for relaxing after a busy day, and a well equipped kitchen with everything you need for preparing meals. The security guard is super friendly and helpful. It's easy to catch an auto, while there's also fruit and vegetables stalls and local restaurants within walking distance.

We booked this place for my birthday, and it honestly felt like a dream. The space was absolutely beautiful every corner felt thoughtfully designed and incredibly cozy. But what truly made it special was how comfortable and homely it felt. I’ve stayed at a few Airbnbs before, but this one genuinely felt like home and that’s rare. There were four of us, and we were all so happy, relaxed, and well taken care of throughout. The host Mr.Febin was so welcoming, which just added to the overall experience. Thank you for making my birthday so memorable. Can’t wait to come back again this place will always hold a special spot in my heart!
