I will second the earlier reviews and 5 ⭐ rating of Shalys Home .It was definitely one of the best Airbnb experiences that I have had. Shaly was very proactive in her interaction providing all the details for finding the place as well as the amenities with in the house. The house itself was extremely well maintained .It had every requirement you might need for a homestay and... a little more. Although it might be a little difficult to reach the first time later you will appreciate how private it is and the lack of any traffic sound .This is an ideal spot to stay if you are coming for a short visit either leisure or work( alone or with family)

An Absolutely Fantastic Stay! Our recent stay at this apartment was truly exceptional. From the moment we stepped inside, we were struck by how spotlessly clean and beautifully maintained everything was. It's clear the hosts put a lot of care into making sure their guests feel comfortable and welcome. The apartment itself was incredibly spacious and well-appointed, offering everything I could possibly need for a relaxing and convenient trip. Overall, this was hands down one of the best apartment stays I've ever had. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and convenient home away from home.

A decent place for up to 4 people. The kitchen was fully accessible and stocked with all basic cooking essentials. We requested an early check-in and it was kindly accommodated. The stay offered good privacy, and the host was very responsive throughout.

Staying in Wayanad was one of the best decisions we made, and we couldn’t have asked for a more wonderful experience! Aswathi and her mother were incredibly kind, warm, and responsive throughout our stay. They made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The food was absolutely outstanding—home-cooked meals that were so delicious, we found ourselves preferring it over any restaurant! Aunty’s cooking was beyond words, and we were spoiled with an array of freshly prepared breakfast, fruits, lunch, snacks, and dinner, every day. The homestay itself was a gem. Surrounded by lush greenery, tranquil atmosphere, the location was perfect. It was the ideal retreat, offering both peace and beauty. The place was impeccably clean, and the setting made it even more special. Aswathi and her mom were attentive and quick to address any minor issues we had and arranged transport options to explore Wayanad. Our stay at Dream View was absolutely magical! From the moment we arrived, we were enchanted by the beautiful surroundings – lush green trees everywhere and delightful coffee plantations right at our doorstep. Being so close to the forest made it incredibly peaceful and truly felt like a serene escape from the hustle and bustle. One of the pleasant surprises was how excellent the WiFi was, which allowed us to stay connected when needed without any issues. But what truly made our stay exceptional was our host, Shyam bro. He is an incredibly wonderful and genuenly sweet person! Shyam went above and beyond, taking us to the best local restaurant, recommending fantastic places to explore, and was always incredibly responsive to any questions we had. His hospitality truly made us feel at home and welcomed. We cannot recommend this place highly enough and will definitely be booking again on our next visit. Amazing place to stay in the harmony with the earth. This place is very close to Banasura Sagar Dam around 10 mins away. It is advisable to have your own vehicle if you plan to visit multiple places. Some advisory. 1) Owner is amazing host and provides great breakfast and Dinner on chargeable basis. Food is 10/10. 2) Rooms and toilets are very clean 10/10 3) Carry your own toiletries is must. 4) There are plates and vessels in the house and you can also cook your own food. (You will have tonclean your own plates) 5) House does not have an AC and you don't even need as it generally pleasant all the time. 6) Owner is from wayanad & amazing person and also guides you well what to visit. 7) You are staying away from the city and hence please carry required things before you reach location. Overall it's 10 / 10 place.

We came to Kochi for treatment and stayed here for a month. The apartment is well furnished with good facilities. The extended spacious balcony provides a great view of the surrounding city. Well-maintained kitchen and bathrooms, comfortably designed bedrooms made our family's stay quite comfortable. The apartment complex has friendly security, staff and other facilities like swimming pool, Jacuzzi, okay area and games. Our kid had a good time here and that was important for us ☺️. The place is easily connected and close to main points in Kochi - Lulu, Oberon, Metro, Amrita, Aster, etc. and good online delivery serviceability. We were a family of 6 staying at Abhilash’s place and had a very good experience - the apartment is huge, very well done, and extremely comfortable for a family our size. Both Abhilash and Varsha were very responsive as hosts and proactive in their communication with us. They were able to help with whatever we needed and quick to resolve any issue. Would highly recommend the apartment!

Priya’s place was just amazing. Extremely windy and spacious. Totally worth the money… Priya was always reachable and available for any query. The place is very new and squeaky clean. The rooms are sunny and the wind will just blow your mind! The place is just a few minutes away from the hustle bustle yet so very near all the touristy place. All good restaurants are available on swiggy/zomato. Blinkit works too. Will definitely visit the property again.

Great place to stay at the heart of the city. Easy access to locations and transportation. The apartment was just as described. The owner/facilitator was extremely helpful and responsive. They also have frequent cleaning service but make sure to ask for it if not provided (we weren't aware of it until the last few days of checkout). One recommendation will be to add a microwave to the listing.
