We absolutely loved the space as it was just enough for the two of us and our dog. The place was easy to find and the whole process was smooth from beginning to end with the hosts being accessible at all times, checking in to see if we needed any help. The security at the property was also very helpful and hands on with aiding us in any way needed. Would highly recommend the space to anyone looking for a nice place to stay in Kochi!

Thanks a lot Gopu for hosting us. Helped in all possible ways, most importantly allowed us for early-checkin/checkout. Otherwise it would have been difficult with kids. It was a wonderful stay. We stayed here for nearly a week and was a very peaceful neighborhood. Would surely stay here next time when we visit Kottayam.

(Non AC room) Elegant and slightly off the beaten path, this mini apartment is just what you need to stay connected to the centre whilst having a private space of our own.

It was a fantastic and authentic experience. We saw some mace being harvested and my wife was so amazed. Thank you for making the provision of the cooker. We didn't get to use it as luckily the food my wife made and brought was alright when we reached. The stay was very comfortable and the Bhaiyas were very helpful. The place was very nice and clean… all amenities were available that were mentioned. Hosts were very humble. My only personal experience is that the bed was little hard and was little uncomfortable for a good sleep. We were 3 of us and all of us felt that same. Apart from this everything else was excellent and up to the mark. Overall a very good stay.

I stayed at this beautiful Airbnb in Malappuram and had a great experience. It’s a big mansion with five bedrooms and all the necessary facilities like a AC, washing machine, heater, dishwasher, and more. The house is very clean and well-maintained. It also has a swimming pool and multiple TVs, making it perfect for a relaxing stay. The caretaker was very helpful, and even the owner regularly checked in to make sure everything was fine. The best part is that the rate is very affordable considering all the features we got. Highly recommended!

My parents went their for a stay. It was so good and so peaceful. They were very satisfied with place and it's owner. The owner was very friendly and kind. The breakfast they served was good. Everything was very clean and tidy. The surrounding is very clean and beautiful with trees and plants. We would definitely visit them again!

wonderful holiday stay at Vaikom, this property offers both comfort and warmth. Mr. Binu, a responsive host, and his dad, Mr. Ramachandra Panickar (a retired IAF officer), was truly welcoming and kind. The house help, Mr. Surendran and his wife, Ms. Rethi Chechi, went above and beyond, treating us like family and preparing delicious meals, tailored for our kids’s liking. The property itself is lovely, featuring three well-maintained bedrooms with attached bathrooms that were spotless from the moment we arrived. Binu also shared helpful contact details for renting a car, making commuting around easy at affordable costs. The breakfast, priced at 150 per person, included idli, dosa, vada, and boiled banana with chutney and sambar. For lunch and dinner, the non-veg option (fish/chicken) was 250 per person was worth for the price point, quality and quantity served while the vegetarian meal was 225. Would definitely visit the next time!

I had such a great stay at Terry’s apartment! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as shown in the photos. What really made it special was the peaceful location—it was the perfect spot to relax and unwind.
