Absolutely perfect for us. Get escape away from people and just super relaxing watching the ocean views. The Bach is the typical kiwi bach very easy to feel at home. We will definitely stay again if we can.

David and Lynn are truly delightful! Their accommodations were the perfect place to stay in Tairua. With a warm welcome and a clean, well equipped guesthouse steps from the water we couldn’t have asked for more! We hope to return someday and will recommend their place to others. Thank you for blessing us with your kindness and little slice of New Zealand!

Beautiful spot! The house had everything we needed and the view was lovely! Great little walk around the lake in the mornings and overall a super comfortable stay, would definitely stay again :)

What a great location with views to die for. We walked up the hill to join the Cathedral Cove walk which was really convenient. Jenny arranged some shovels for us to dig a pool at Hot Water Beach. It was really busy but worth the experience. The property is spacious and well appointed.

Great bach with lots of space, worked for our family group perfectly (including our two dogs - really appreciate you being pet friendly). Liked that the kitchen/lounge area was upstairs to take advantage of the view. Loved the window seat and the outdoor shower was very handy after being at the beach. Proximity to the beach was great too. Responsive comms throughout with the host. Otama Bay is such a special place, we all enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

The house provided us a peaceful retreat from the city. Our family and friends enjoyed a pleasant stay from Paul’s lovely house! Highly recommended :)

Warren and Sandy's are just a really short walk away from Hot Water Beach. Sandy advised us on where to park before we arrived, and Warren greeted us upon arrival, showed us around and gave us tips on what to do in the area. Our little one enjoyed seeing the eels being fed in the morning too. I personally enjoyed Warren's home brew. A great place to stay!

Great value for money, we didn’t have much time and were just passing through the region. For us it was perfect for the night. Nice sunset! A bit warm, but the fan helped in managing that. It fitted perfectly for me (I am 1m83), but if you’re taller then that you’re too tall. They did mention it. Btw, it says no kitchen, but there is a communal one on the park.

Location was fantastic, and the waterfront sunrise view was beautiful, and a great way to start your day! Enjoyed spending time on the porch. Self check in process was easy, and having a dedicated parking spot right at the stairwell was a huge convenience. Amenities were excellent & the space itself was clean and nicely decorated. We also appreciated Donna’s quick responses and willingness to accommodate our needs on short notice. Her hospitality truly made a difference in our experience.

The apartment is spacious and modern with stunning views over the marina. It is well equipped with everything you could need. We received clear instructions making it easy to find and access the property. We had a very enjoyable few days exploring the beautiful coastline around Whitianga.

This is a great location on the canal front with a view straight down the waterway facing north.The property has its own water access boat/jet ski launching ramp and pontoon which is really convenient. The pool ,spa and deck areas get plenty of sun and great views. The house was very tidy and larger than expected with plenty of areas for privacy if anyone needed that. The kitchen is equipped with all thats expected in a home to cook for a family group and theres a second fridge and kitchenette to use which is helpful. We would come back again for sure.

Amy’s house is stunning, the photos don’t do it justice, a really luxurious stay. It is less than a minutes walk on the beach, and the outside shower is a real bonus when coming back sandy, great design!location wise as well as being practically on the beach, all the town cafes and blackies are easily walkable. Outside space is amazing - pool, bar and hot tub, sofa seating all around the house in both sun and shade, and great dining space inside and out. All bedrooms had comfy mattresses and bedding, clean spacious bathrooms. Generous office Desk space and WiFi was strong. Useful to be able to put our bikes in the garage for safety. Amy was responsive and proactive at making sure we had everything we needed for a lovely holiday. Finally, must mention the whole home smells like a luxury resort, together with all the tropical planting outside it was like a holiday somewhere exotic!

The check-in experience is fantastic, the room has some issues about bed sheet and pillow, but they changed another room for us without hesitated, which is respectful and helpful. The place is perfectly silent and a good place to find your peace in mind, the pod toilet is extremely clean, have a kitchen and don’t worries about where to throw compost, also the shower room is clean, differently visit again with my camping gear.

Jacqui’s place was in a large group of townhouses, quiet and well maintained. There was plenty of space, very clean, and good amenities. The location is very close to the beach and a couple of Kms from the main part of the town - can be a pleasant walk along the foreshore. Jacque responded very quickly to a very small issue that we had on the first day.

The unit was very comfortable, clean and tidy, and had everything we needed for our long weekend stay. It’s in a convenient location, a few minutes walk to the beach and cafe/shops. We would happily stay here again.

Overall perfect location for the wedding we were traveling for. Nice bathroom and outdoor dining area. Beds were very comfortable with lovely furnishings throughout. Great kitchen with everything you need. Bedrooms are on small side but to be expected as renovated and refurbished cottage.

We absolutely loved our long weekend at the great escape Whitianga, the house had everything we needed for a fun relaxing family weekend away. The house was absolutely spotless and the beds were super comfy and everything was so well set up for all that we needed! Nice private backyard for the kids to play and the spa was lovely in the cooler evenings. We can’t wait to come back!

Found a gem at one of the most beautiful beaches we've ever seen (and we've traveled a lot)! Wide bay, gorgeous vegetation, hills, and perfect blue water - everything you'd expect from New Zealand's best. The soft white sand is just steps away (2-min walk). The house is an architectural standout with thoughtful design. Multiple terraces for different times of day, with the covered garden area being our favorite spot for working and barbecues. The beds are totally comfy which is an important plus, also everything was spotless clean - something we unfortunately don't get from every house we rent through Airbnb. You can tell this is a loved home - everything you need is available, from cutlery to glasses. No shortages here! An unforgettable experience we'd definitely repeat if given the chance. Thank you!

We loved our stay. The view was beautiful. It was a fantastic location for exploring the Coromandel.

Location, location, location. If you want to wake up to a beautiful sunrise and watch a beautiful sunset, literally from your porch or steps from your porch on the beach, this is the place for you. It is absolutely amazing. If you’re going to book anywhere close to here, book this place.

Dave & Fiona’s cottage is a great place to stay while exploring the Coromandel area. It is warm and comfortable with good breakfast supplies and fruit provided. The kitchen is well set up with everything needed to cook a meal but it is also conveniently located only 15 minutes drive into town should you want to go out to restaurants and cafes. Dave & Fiona met us on arrival and were friendly and welcoming.
