Monthly Rentals in Kenjeran

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house! The place was spotless, stylishly decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing time. The location was great—peaceful yet close enough to everything. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, always quick to answer any questions. Highly recommended, and we’d definitely love to stay here again!

I stayed here for one night and found the accommodation to be very clean and comfortable, just as described. The place is well-maintained and in a great location. I had originally booked for 10 nights, but unfortunately had to cancel the rest of my stay due to some reason. I appreciated the host’s understanding and hope to return to stay longer in the future.

It was my first time staying at Surabaya, and ko Setiawan provides a super clear instructions before arrival. It was so helpful. The check in went smoothly, the room is exactly as what's described! They even provide mineral water For any Surabaya first timer, I'd say the location isn't so close to the center of Surabaya (especially if you'll go with online drivers–it took me around 40-50k for one trip gojek to Tunjungan Plaza). But, other than that, there's almost nothing to consider when booking this place. Ko Setiawan also is very responsive with my questions, thank you so much ko. I had a very pleasant stay!

Great place for stay with family and friends, integrated with Tunjungan Plaza, the biggest mall in Surabaya. Lot of parking and easy to find. Highly recommended for those need a great place for healing and holiday. Very spacious and beautiful interior as shown on the pictures!
