Hotel holiday rentals in Kendall County

We loved staying at the Kendall Inn! A gorgeous hotel (lots of beautiful wood work, antiques and architectural elements) and it’s a property with a wedding venue and multiple lodging options! We stayed in the Texan Room (on the 2nd floor of the school house)! Super roomy, quiet and quaint! It had double beds, a dining space with four chairs, a coffee bar, tv, sitting area, and a remodeled bathroom with a tin tub and nice walk in shower! Loved the antique sink/vanity area! The only complaint was the fact that the oak tree was dropping *acorns* on the metal roof which was quite noticeable sporadically throughout the stay. It didn’t seem to be an issue once we fell asleep. Just wish that been disclosed up front. Will definitely stay at the property again! Loved the location and surrounding area!

This was our second time staying here and absolutely loved.The cottage is very romantic and private and feels like you are in a French country English cottage.Warm and cozy and very clean:)

Our family vacation started out a little rough with another airbnb and location. Thankfully we found Vicky and Micky and they able to turn our whole vacation around for us. They were amazing host's! They answered all of our questions and helped make our vacation memorable.

Cute old buildings house some of the rooms. We stayed in a schoolhouse room, which was very comfortable. The grounds/gardens were inviting and well maintained. Shopping and hiking were just steps away.

The Kendall is cute, although the cabins are not all historic. Some Of the building were built within the last 30 years. If you are looking for an authentic old times cabin, this might not be your jam. However, I really appreciated the beautifully remodeled showers, modern decor, coffee bar and wine cooler In the cabin. 😀

We weren’t actually able to come due to Icepocalypse 2021, but they understood and fully refunded our money. Looking forward to rescheduling soon.

We had a very enjoyable stay in the Cibolo House 2. The room was exactly as pictured. Very clean and very peaceful. We would highly recommend this for couples wanting to get away for a few days. The location was excellent. We never drove once we checked in. Everything is in walking distance.

Beautiful cabin! Very comfortable and clean. Didn’t realize it was part of the hotel at first so that’s something to note. Fun boutiques and shops just around the corner. Pool was fabulous. Will be back!

Gorgeous property and great accommodations. Eddie the bartender was great. The walk down to the creek was gorgeous and so peaceful. Very comfortable bedding. Plenty of towels provided. Complimentary tea was nice. Charming decor. Great location that we were able to walk everywhere. Great live music at several places. Would definitely stay again.

camp comfort is a great place! close to downtown comfort shops! our room backed up to the river, so beautiful and peaceful as we took a nap in the hammock. Our cabin was so cute very clean! We were able to start a fire at the communityfire pit and was provided with wood. it was a great stay! we will be back.

If you are looking for a rustic off-the-beaten-path to stay look no further!

As a co host, I applaud them because from the responsiveness of the host to the ambience of the camp site, which wasn’t really a camp site to me (it was a glampsite), it was much better than every campsite ive visited. We stayed for one night and the guests that were also in cabins were friendly and having fun at the stage doing karaoke. We were tired when we got in from driving and didn’t get to socialize since we were resting up for our Fredricksburg day of wineries. Thanks for a great stay and we will be back! I’d book here if I was reading this review.

Camp Comfort was a great stay, lots to do for the kiddos. Rooms had plenty of space and beds were very comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

The room was beautiful and very clean, the shower was great and the linens were very nice. There was a big TV and the room was close to all the shops and restaurants in downtown Comfort. We enjoyed the pool and had a great time.

The stay was great. However the room wasn’t anything like what was pictured. The room was still ok because it was its own stand alone cabin.

Booked a stay at The Meyer’s. A little difficulty with check in as staff were not available on site. Room that was first given did not look like the pictures. I booked a room with a bathtub for my husband’s recent injury. When we arrived to room it was very small and the shower could barely fit one person. I messaged the host about this issue and they were able to relocate us to a suite that had a tub and was private and enjoyable. Very pleasant stay, in the end, and I appreciated the host’s responsiveness. The scenery and town was very peaceful and quiet! Would definitely come back.
